Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

The condo is gated & provides garage parking, as well as limited spots for boat parking in the gated area. It's important to note that parking your boat on the beach past 11PM is prohibited by the city
