APARTMENT Charming studio recently renovated situated on a private courtyard of a nice building with security code. Enjoy the peace of this little quiet spot in the middle of center Paris. It is located a few blocks from Bastille and Le Marais. The studio is fully equipped with all ustensils provided. The kitchen is brand new as the bathroom too ! The comfortable sofa bed is really easy to set up, the size of the bed is 140x200( bed linens, blankets, pillows provided). The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, and towels are provided. NEIGHBORHOOD Subway : Faidherbe Chaligny (Line 8) / Charonne (Line 9) Our apartment is located on rue Saint Bernard in the 11th arrondissement near Bastille. This is a safe and trendy area of eastern Paris. There's a lot of restaurants, bars, art galleries... We will tell you all the good places, where to go and what to see... The very parisian "Aligre" market is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, you'll find there all fresh products that you need. There are also many bakeries, butcheries, supermarkets, cafés...

You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.
