Parga: soggiorni in ville vacanze

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous 10 days at Villa Evanna. Yannis was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, from taking us food shopping, arranging our taxi from the airport, electric tripped and he was there within minutes. Not to mention the groceries in the fridge and a pizza delivery when we arrived as we were late. He came every morning to clean the pool area and Emma came each day to clean, make beds etc. we cannot fault any aspect of our trip or the outstanding hospitality. The immediate surroundings of the villa are quiet and a little ‘rustic’ but the riverside (5mins walk) is really lovely and very reasonable. We took a boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos on the advice of our driver. The island of Paxos is beautiful with fantastic scenery and turquoise waters. We walked to the port which took us about 25 minutes, but thankfully there is a very nice café port side. Kavos is about 7 mins in a taxi and cost 10 euros and we ate in Tomata (recommended also).

Buchung und Kommunikation mit Thalia war stets angenehm. Check-In flexibel (wir kamen nach 21:00 an, zusätzliche Verspätung durch Sportereignis), Thalia hat auf uns gewartet und uns durchs Haus geführt. Es gab ein „Welcome Package“ bestehend aus Wasser, Saft und einer Flasche Weißwein - für Kaffeetrinker gab es eine Grundausstattung mit Nescafé-Kapseln. Tolle Geste, gerade wenn man wie wir später ankommt. Ausstattung der Villa ist wie beschrieben, eine Dinge sind jedoch nur für 2 Personen verfügbar (z.B. Weingläser). Küche könnte noch ein paar praktische Utensillien mehr vertragen (z.B. größeres Schneidebrett, Aufbewahrung „Tupperware“). Für 2 Personen machbar, wenn die Villa voll belegt wird, dann ist Flexibilität gefragt …. Villa absolut sauber, Pool und Villa werden regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts gereinigt - Zeitpunkt des Service hat Thalia jeweils angekündigt. Pool und Aussenbereich sind super, einen Gasgrill mit Grillbesteck gab´s auch.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

I can’t say enough about what great place this is and how professional polite and helpful the host Kostas was. We had a small issue with the AC and he came out at midnight to sort it out. Great place great host !!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus von George. Das Haus war für unseren Familienurlaub mit Kindern optimal. Das Highlight des Hauses war definitiv der große Garten mit allem, was das Herz begehrt (Schaukeln und Rutsche für die kleinen Kinder und eine super Grillstation für die großen Kinder😉). Das Haus war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. George war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely Villa located on an idyllic island. We were 3 adult couples that came to Paxos for a relatives wedding. This Villa was perfect with 3 en-suite bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, private outdoor spaces for all fresco dining , barbecue area and a superb pool. There is a beach just below the Villa 50m away which was very private. We hired 2 quad bikes and a motor scooter to explore the island and the numerous beach bars. We are already planning a return visit next year hopefully to Villa Sophia. Thanks Sofonios, we had a great holiday

Περάσαμε 7 υπέροχες μερεσ με την οικογένεια μου στο Σπίτι της Ιωάννας. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και ο κήπος απλά ένα όνειρο. Θα συνιστούσα οπωσδήποτε ένα αυτοκίνητο γιατί είναι απαρατήρητο για επίσκεψη κάποιασ παραλίας η βόλτα το βράδυ. Η επικοινωνία με την Ιωάννα ήταν άψογη απαντούσε αμέσως σε μηνύματα η τηλεφώνημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την Φιλοξενία.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Thankyou. Highly recommend .

Ioanna’s place was perfect location, on the cliff looking over the beautiful ocean just 5 min drive from Gaios. There was a semi-private bay at the bottom and the house was more than large enough for 6. She was very helpful in coordinating our cars and 2 boat days as well. The kitchens were a little poorly stocked which made it slightly challenging when cooking for 6 but we still made it work. One of the bathrooms also had a broken shower curtain but again it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was lovely and Ionna was very helpful.

Magical villa. Exactly as described. Almost unbelievably beautiful. Perfect for a family trip.

Olive Grove is the most perfect house to stay in Paxos. Perfectly located - in the middle of everything. A beautiful house - really comfortable, great pool, lots of outside sitting areas, well equipped. We had a very happy holiday here and would love to return. Kathy was very helpful & efficient through the whole booking process

Elena est une hôte exceptionnelle ! Ses conseils pour la location d'un bateau ou d'une voiture, pour les restaurants et supermarchés sur l'île et pour l'organisation de notre voyage sont excellents et très utiles. La communication est très facile avec Elena. Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée au port par Spyros qui nous a accompagnés à la villa. La maison est parfaite pour 4 ou 5 personnes, la vue est magnifique. Le ménage durant le séjour a été fait plusieurs fois, ce qui est très appréciable. La villa est située dans une petite baie et le soir il y a 2 restaurants qui sont accessibles à 10 min de marche. Une petite crique peu fréquentée se situe à 4 min à pied et nous a permis de nous baigner tous les matins. Gaios est à 10 min de voiture. Merci encore à Elena pour son accueil.

This place is heaven on earth. With breathtaking views of Paxi and Corfu, Stavroula's place is a true gem in Syvota. Spacious, absoutely confortable for 8 people, with a lovely swimming pool and everything you need to relax and chill. Unpretentious luxury is the best way to describe this place. It goes without saying that you need a car but the view is unique (the golden hour / sunset time is not to be missed). In addition to the impressive services, our host, Stavroula, was more than welcoming and hospitable. Responsive, smiling, with good recommendations! We will definitely return to this place again in 2024!

Staying at villa Blu was a perfect choice. The private pool was so welcomed each evening after going out during the day to face an August heat wave across the country with temps at heat advisory levels! Walkable was a real benefit since the town was bursting with summer travelers and parking was almost impossible! Walkable to sweet little local spots for private water access was another sweet aspect to this villa. Olga was a responsive host who was attentive but not intrusive. Definitely was an excellent stay. I would highly recommend staying at this villa.

Wonderful stone house in the hill. The house is in the second row so there is unfortunately not a free view on the ocean but you can sill have a glimpse ;-) We have enjoyed especially the afternoon sun at the pool which is very charming and great after arriving back home from the beach. Paxos is a lovely island with beautiful waters and pebbles beaches.

Absolute TOP Villa! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und der Check in war problemlos. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer super Lage, man ist in einigen Minuten am Hafen. Wenn wir nochmals Lefkada besuchen sollten, dann werden wir definitiv wieder hier buchen

We stayed at the Villa at the end of the tourist season for Paxos which meant we had great value for our stay, but fewer places were open on the island. Andreas provided great directions and information for the island with a very accurate description of the location. He was also kind enough to rent us one of his vehicles during our stay (which is very necessary for exploring the island) at a very reasonable price. The villa has a breath-taking view with the included private unheated pool. The access road is very steep but is walkable if you're willing to hike up the hill. During our stay a new villa was being built on the access road which means it may be busier in the future but was very quiet and private for our stay as no one was in the neighboring villa. I would definitely stay again but stay earlier than the end of September as many locations were closed due to the cooling weather and end of tourist season.

Beautiful modern villa, more than expected, fully equipped villa, amasing view. We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa. The location is perfect-just a short drive from Lefkada, making it easy to explore the stunning sites while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The free parking was a huge plus. The villa itself exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the size of the approvided plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. We truly wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would love to come back!

The place is even more beautiful than appears to be in the picture; the property has an amazing view to the sea, well preserved, located in the middle of olive trees that offers you the shadow you need in the middle of a hot day; the infinity pool is a big plus that makes this place even more impressive. Kostas and his wife are the perfect hosts for the guests, making us feeling welcomed from the moment we arrived there. All in all, we had an amazing time there and we want to come back again in the future.

Beautiful villa up on the hill overlooking the sea with an immaculate swimming pool. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from AC, kitchen amenities (nespresso, kettle, cookware and even Tupperware!) to bathroom amenities. It was a place of luxury to relax between the comfortable beds and couches enjoyed in the evening. It was a perfect place to stay with my in-laws and toddler with plenty of privacy for the both of us. Upon arrival, there was a miscommunication regarding the need for travel cot for our son. However the owner, Giorgios, stepped in and sorted it out to our satisfaction. I’d trust staying at any of his vacation properties in the future.

Paxos und das Haus Panos ist ein wunderbarer Ort für Ferien. Von den Schlafzimmern direkt Zugang zur Terrasse und Pool. Wunderbare Aussicht. Mitten in der vielfältigen Natur. Haus und Pool wurden regelmässig gereinigt. Der nächste Ort ist Longos. Kleiner überschaubarer Hafen. Zu Fuss in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Auf dem App Outdooractive sind die Fusswege gut eingezeichnet. Ein super schöner Strand mit Olivenbäumen und Schatten ist der Marmari-Strand. Auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Wanderungen mit "Paxos Local Guide", geführt durch Lefkothea Grammatikou, sind einzigartig. (viele lokale Infos und schöne Fusswege) Den Rest der Aktivitäten von "Paxos Local Guide" haben wir "noch" nicht ausprobiert. Besten Dank und Grüsse Theres und Jürg
