A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.
