The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.

This is our family home, only on air BNB 2 weeks of the year. Located in Raumati Beach 5 minutes to the beach and local shops. Newly built 'pool house' in sunny Silverstream. Self contained unit separate from the main house with access to a salt water swimming pool. Nice and close to the train station, the supermarket and Silverstream Village plus venues like "Silverstream retreat" and St Patricks College. Luxury linen, towels and bathroom products. Continental breakfast is included, plus a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.
