very small village with friendly folk, and very few, but great places to eat. Costas was extemly friendly and helpful, in fact, he escorted us through the village and did he's very best to make us feel at home!!

Andreas was not only so kind and thorough with his directions, instructions and recommendations, he was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to help. The accommodations were so perfectly located we walked everywhere. Gorgeous streets of old town, right near the water and we ate delicious meals every time we sat and ate nearby. The market was only a 8-10min walk. The amenities available made everything so easy and convenient. I gave the highest possible ratings for Andreas and his property and location. In high seasons you may encounter street noise and foot traffic but we weren’t bothered. Would highly recommend. 10/10

We stayed for 2 months with our 8 m.o. son and were very happy :) Super service and follow-up, and a perfect location for us with short distance to town and climbing. With private parking.

Firstly, the location/ town of Tyros is so beautiful! It is so peaceful and has amazing restaurants & beach all walking distance. If you want to get away from busy tourists spots but see what Greece has to offer this is the place! The down side is how to get there. From Athens it’s about a 3 hour drive, we hired someone to drive us to and from which was costly but ideal for us rather than hiring a car as when you’re in Tyros you don’t need a car everything is walking distance/ bike ride. We really appreciated the cake, fruit and wine on arrival. The apartment was nice! I would have thought for the price point a kettle, toaster and tea bags would be provided. They also had bikes, canoes, paddle boards and a sun lounge. I was also hoping the pool would be a bit more private! you have the above, side and front neighbours looking in. A little noise comes through from above neighbours as well! Overall a lovely stay just a few things can make it an exceptional stay!!

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia increíble !!!! El lugar es precioso con mucha calma y mucho verde …. El departamento estaba completamente equipado, no necesitamos nada extra! This was really a little bit of paradise by the sea! The views were fantastic, the whole place tranquil, perfect for some rest and relaxation. There is such a wonderful housekeeper who went out of her way to make sure we were happy, yet not intrusive. Eleni was also always communicating efficiently and effectively through Airbnb. We were slightly out of season, so the swimming pool was not in use, but that was no problem as the sea is right there and beautifully clear and warm in October! The water jetty was perfect for us to catch a taxi over to Spetses for dinner, what an experience!

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful house. We had some sunny days and spent a lot of time outside by the pool, which was awesome. The views are spectacular, and the whole place felt really private and secluded - really cool. We can't wait to go back!!!

Most recommended! A beautiful villa with an amazing view, located right on the beach. The shoreline is shared only by a few villas, so it feels very private and peaceful. We stayed for 10 nights—7 adults and 3 children—and had the best vacation! Νεκταρία’s, the host, and Stratos, co-host were wonderful: incredibly kind, helpful, and always one step ahead with recommendations for places to visit and food-shop, even before we asked. They were welcoming, attentive, and available throughout our stay. The villa is perfectly designed for groups, with plenty of shared spaces to spend time together as well as private corners for quiet moments. It’s very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking, grilling, and even making cocktails. We prepared our traditional festive dinner there and didn’t miss a thing. Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time staying at Frans Villa, and it was just as exceptional as our first visit. Returning to Porto Heli and this beautiful villa felt like coming home. Frans Villa continues to be the perfect getaway, offering the same comfort and charm that made our first stay so memorable. The villa remains impeccably equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The private pool and BBQ area, with their stunning views of the sea, are pristine and well-maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. One of the highlights for us is the secluded beach bay, just a short 5-minute walk from the villa. It's a hidden gem, so peaceful and unspoilt, making it feel like your own private slice of paradise. The house was exactly as shown in the photos and even better in person! We loved our stay there and we would definitely come back. It was super clean. The village was beautiful and quiet and the view from our little patio was wonderful! Thank you Catman for the hospitality!

Cozy cottage in the middle of orange fields. Perfect for family vacation. Quiet location and the beach is in the walking distance. We arrived late and there was a fruit basket waiting for us. Marianna is a very nice person and everything worked very well. Would definitely come back!

Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich - man ist für sich, es gibt verschiedene Stellen zum Sitzen und Liegen, sehr klasse die Aussendusche - hier kann man hervorragend draußen leben. Eine kleine, schöne Bucht ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό. Μείναμε 6 άτομα με πολύ μεγάλη άνεση. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πολύ άνετοι και το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Κατά την άφιξή μας υπήρχαν καλάθια στην κουζίνα με πορτοκάλια και καρύδια. επίσης, υπήρχαν νόστιμα μελομακάρονα. Το τζάκι ήταν πολύ εύκολο στη χρήση. Τέλος, ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ πιο όμορφος από τις φωτογραφίες και πήραμε εκεί το πρωινό μας και τις 2 ημέρες της διαμονής μας. Είναι συνολικά ένας πολύ ωραίος χώρος για χαλάρωση.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πολύ καθαρός και και ζεστός. Συνιστάται για οικογένειες! Επίσης η Βασιλική είναι πολύ φιλική. Στα θετικά συγκαταλέγεται ότι είναι ένας οικοδεσπότης που δέχεται τα σκυλάκια στο χώρο της.

Αν και πήγαμε περίοδο με πάρα πολύ ζέστη, το σπίτι ήταν άψογο και άνετο.ησυχη γειτονιά,με κοντινές αποστάσεις.ειχε τα πάντα πολύ κοντά (φούρνο, super, τράπεζα κ.α). Η κυρία Βασιλική είναι ευγενέστατη και μας συμβούλευσε ποιες περιοχές να επισκεφθούμε και μαγαζιά που μπορούμε να φάμε στο Παράλιο Άστρος.
