Paralia Kalamatas: soggiorni in alloggi dove è consentito fumare

Μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι από το διαμέρισμα και κυρίως από το γεγονός ότι είναι φιλική με τα κατοικίδια κάτι που για μας είναι πολύ σημαντικό εφόσον ταξιδεύουμε με το σκυλάκι μας και συχνά αντιμετωπίζουμε δυσκολία στο να βρούμε κατάλυμα. Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και βρίσκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Κα Αργυρώ για την ευγενική φιλοξενεία της !!

We've stayed in Stoupa a few times and this is the best we've had in terms of position and quality of apartment. It's not a luxury apartment but perfect for us. it ticks all our boxes. We will return there next year as there's no point looking for anything else, assuming there's a vacancy of course

Siamo stati molto bene nell’appartamento di Nicoletta. Ambiente accogliente e pulito, l’host è stata un’ottima padrona di casa, molto simpatica e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa vedere nei dintorni e ci ha fornito una mappa! Parcheggio facile nelle vicinanze, anche accanto al portone di ingresso!

Kwstas è stato un host fantastico, ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto e al nostro arrivo all'appartamento abbiamo trovato un abbondante cesto di frutta fresca e una bottiglia di vino. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e perfetto per 3 persone, con un bel terrazzo spazioso e comodo (mangiare, stendere..). La posizione è ottima, la casa è vicinissima al mare e in una zona tranquilla, con alcuni minimarket a pochi minuti a piedi. Unico dettaglio negativo, se si ha il sonno leggero la notte può essere un po' rumorosa tenendo porte e finestre aperte, a causa delle automobili e dei galli, ma per noi questo non è stato un problema (comunque in casa è presente il condizionatore, che può essere una soluzione al problema). Torneremo volentieri.

Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Freundliche und ausführliche Empfehlung zur Erkundung der Gegend. Restaurantvorschläge, Ausflugsvorschläge, alles super. Die dazugehörige Parkplatzmöglichkeit war sehr vorteilhaft.

Topp Apartement, geräumig und!!! mit 2 Balkonen ausgestattet, also auch bei wechselndem Wind zu nutzen, Aussicht perfekt, Lage zentral und wer mitten im Dorf leben möchte, ideal, Sandstrand fußläufig ca. 9 Minuten und Ausstattung des Apartements ausreichend. für uns insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub, der einen dritten Besuch in Koroni verspricht.

I am Greek Canadian and this was my first trip to Greece. i stayed here for a month. my objective was exploring my family history. Kosta help me with locating some of my family history. I am grateful to him and Maria for making this success possible. it will always be remembered.

We had a lovely stay in Lymperi's traditional Greek village home. It was 10 mins drive to our favourite beach of our holiday and 10 seconds walk to our favourite taverna - make sure you book, although they always found us a table and do take away! We stayed during the height of summer heat so the air conditioning was very welcome and it meant we couldn't take full advantage of the lovely balcony and courtyard. The house was very cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Lymperi was very responsive and guided us in, despite being in Athens to have a baby! All in all, a lovely stay.

My family and I have been coming to this area of Greece for 20+ years and we’ve stayed in a number of places around the this area. This year we finally stayed in the village of Kalo Nero and the apartment/house was perfect for what we needed. Sotiris is a wonderful and gracious host (as is the rest of his family). They’re very responsive and proactive for things we may need (e.g. sheets, towels, etc). I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to hear the waves crash on the shore and only be a few mins walk to amazing Greek cuisine and of course … the sea for a swim. I’m certain we’ll be back ❤️👍🇬🇷.

Σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πολύ όμορφο και πρακτικό. Πεντακάθαρο. Ιδανικό για ήσυχες διακοπές. Το απολαύσαμε οικογενειακώς. Θα θέλαμε πολύ να ξαναπάμε.

Eva was very reponsive when I had any questions or queries. Her Mother, Gianna, met us as soon as we arrived and showed us into the house and explained how everything worked. She looked after us very well for the two days we were there, chatting to us in her taverna, where we ate both nights, and inviting us for coffee and breakfast. I was able to practise my Greek, and Gianna, her English! We were able to buy fresh bread from the little shop. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe. There was a good heater in the kitchen/living area for when it was cold in the evenings. We loved the balcony and the view of the snow-covered Taygetos mountains. We sat out there enjoying the sunshine, at various times throughout the day. The village was quiet and peaceful and we were able to do a wonferful hike in the surrounding area. Thank you for having us, hopefully, we will be able to come again!

Soula was a great host; so much more you expect from a host. It was almost like a bed and breakfast: we got something everyday (eggs, donuts, chocolate croissants) and lots of welcome sweets. And Soula was always there for a talk - also with the kids! She was amazing with our 1 and 4 year old. The garden with the private playground is simply amazing when traveling with small kids. They could just always play outside and enjoy themselves for hours. And the location is great as well: in a walking distance from the beach and a couple of places to eat. Just perfect!

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen zwischen Oliven-, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Wir kamen nachts an, aber durch die sehr gute Wegbeschreibung von Dimitrios haben wir das Haus schnell gefunden. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn und dessen Familie im Haus ( insgesamt 6 Personen). Wir hatten genug Platz und in der Küche ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen. Der Backofen war toll, um den Kindern Pommes zu machen. Die Terrasse ist riesig und superschön. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Ventilatoren waren auch vorhanden. Waschmaschine ist toll, wenn man mit Kindern reist.Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet nachmittags viel Schatten. Mit dem Auto sind Bäckerei, Metzger und Supermarkt schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr gut empfehlen. Dimitrios ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet.

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

Nice, clean apartment on a quiet side street. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Enjoyed my stay.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.

Nous avons été accueilli par Elsa. Logement très propre, dans un environnement calme avec de nombreuses petites attentions qui font la différence (eau fraîche, confiseries,...) Nous avions l'appartement Zeus qui correspond au 1er étage complet avec une belle terrasse et une vue sur la mer toute proche (5 minutes à pied). Possibilité d'acheter ses fruits et légumes juste à côté. Notre meilleur logement durant notre séjour en Grèce.
