We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Great location with restaurants, gas stations, and shops nearby for local treats. The rooftop is spacious and safe, with lots of greenery around. Check-in was easy, and though it's on the third floor with no elevator, the stairs were manageable. You get one assigned parking slot only, right outside the gate—very convenient. Wi-Fi is provided, and there are plenty of lighting options—bright or cozy, your choice. I slept well here. You might hear the occasional car pass by, but it's barely noticeable, especially when watching a movie or relaxing.

The place was in a convenient location and overall fairly comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the host—she was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I had a question, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The kitchen was missing some basics like a kitchen towel, and there was only one electric socket in the kitchen area, which made using multiple appliances a bit tricky. It also would’ve been great to have some slippers available for guests.

If you're in the area this is definitely THE place to stay. It's comfortable and has a homey feel to it and the location is near to ideally everything you need. Will definitely come back when given the chance.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Booked this place twice since we're attending a wedding in Tagaytay. We're a group of 8 and it's a very nice place for a big group like us. - Very convenient for large groups since they have 3 toilets which makes it easier to get ready - Heater works fine - Located in a secured & quiet village - 3 min drive to Picnic Grove, 6 min drive to Alta D' - There's a 7/11 nearby, around 3 mins drive - Guard on duty would guide you going to the unit and would also assist where we can park since it was a 1-slot garage unit

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We extended our stay and Sir Jovanni was able to give us good deal discount. He’s very easy to communicate with. Nice and cozy place and Ms Regina is very helpful since she always helps to find a ride from the place and also gives a lot of possible recommendations.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Host was very responsive and considerate of my request. Unit is very clean, cozy and toddler friendly which is very important to keep toddler busy during the stay. Care taker kuya Nhedz is polite and welcoming too.. Thanks you, we will come back again

I am very satisfied with the service provided and sa room. one thing na Hindi ko lang nagustuhan is Yung elevator talaga. 6 naman Yung elevator pero grabe talaga tagal Ng paghihintay. Bigla din nagsasara Yung elevator. muntik pa may maipit na bata. sana maayos yung elevator bago pa may maaksidente

The room is really simple yet homey. The view of the Taal is magnificent. We just had a minimal problem with the sink since it was clogged though the caretaker is kind enough to have it fixed.

Xavier's Crib is an exceptional place to stay. It's got a warm and cozy feeling once inside, simple yet elegant. The place has all the amenities that you might need on a high standard basis that includes a bar and coffee table. Main balcony has a magnificent view, breezy, serene and peacefully quiet. All you can hear actually are the calming sounds of the birds calling, insects chirping and the gentle breeze of the wind. A magnificent place away from the city life where you can relax, bond with your family and enjoy the food in the area. Not to mention the host, who stayed on top of everything to make our stay a really memorable one. LM
