Location, location, location. The setting was beautiful with rockers on the front porch overlooking the marina. Coffee shop, restaurants, and brewery within walking distance. And the price was reasonable.

Nice place for a weekend get-away. Small but very comfortable.

The host went above and beyond to make sure me and my children were ok and all chked in ! Local community was awesome

The unit couldn’t be in a better location from which to explore Oriental and the surrounding area. Very roomy accommodations and having a separate half bath was very convenient. The front porch provided a nice comfortable area to unwind at the end of the day.

This place was very cute and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking (pots, pans), plus some nice extras like blender and mixer!

Overall Jim’s listing is great, the house is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning, there isn’t any room for me to complain. Thanks!

The stay was wonderful, even despite lousy weather! The 3 places on the deck were perfect, only we didn’t get to really sit there as the weather was cloudy and rainy and cold. We did bring in one rocking chair so we could both look out the wonderful window view! The kitchen was well supplied with everything, and beds were very comfortable. We’d both love to come back for another stay in war,er weather! ❤️🙏😁🤗. Loved it!

My son and I fished a local tournament out of the Vandemere wildlife boat launch. We usually drive an hour there and hour back. We were able to get there on Thursday, fished in AM and checked into house afterwards. We relaxed and felt immediately at home. Very clean, well maintained, everything you need to cook and eat there, also a coffee pot, Such a cute cozy comfortable coastal themed house. This was an AMAZING place! I wish we had more time here. Picked up pizza from a cool place called The Silos. Pool is seasonal and opens in May. Very quiet, peaceful area. We had the beach all to ourselves. Lots of amenities like various shampoo and conditioners, coffee, plastic bags, blankets, books, and games. It was easy to find and get into. I hope we can book again someday!

We had a wonderful stay in Areaka's home. Our travel party consisted of 4 adults, my husband, myself, our 23 old daughter, and my mom who is in her 70's. The split floor plan made it feel as if we all had our space. The 2 full bathrooms were immaculate as was the entire home. It was free of odors and stocked with linens and towels that exceeded our expectations. Areaka and Towanna answered all my questions in a timely matter and was friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and very clean!! We arrived to plenty of clean towels and wash cloths and the girls were very excited about the basketful of chocolate and popcorn! Lol We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch overlooking the waterway it was very relaxing and peaceful, there is a little beaver that lives about midway down the waterway and we would sit out there every morning having our coffee and watch him swim around collecting things. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit my daughter and son in law as long as they live in this area!

What a great location and house to find peace and reset from the busy world. We were looking for a place to close out 2024 and spend quality time as a family, and this place didn’t disappoint. Beautiful views over the water and surrounding area made the time pass slow and memorable. Melissa was friendly and communicated well. Great experience overall and looking forward to hopefully getting the chance to go back in the future.

Dawn’s condo was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the stars, River, and nature area. The host was extremely communicative and went out of her way to track down the answers to some questions that came up. We took advantage of the amazing weather and drove the hour to the beach, so we didn’t utilize the recreation center amenities on this trip. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Dawn made us feel right at home.
