This is one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, was lovingly decorated and the view is simply stunning - very peaceful, quiet, relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Christina and Mark are lovely hosts, and very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

A fantastic weekend away in a beautiful, peaceful location - bonus being it’s not far from Brisbane. Couldn’t recommended more, will be back in winter to give that fireplace a proper workout !

We had a wonderful stay at Malabar Park. It was just as described. Very easy to find and self check in and great communication from our host Susan. So peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was great and well fitted out and the bed and couch very comfy. We enjoyed our brief stroll around the property and getting to feed the horse. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to try out the fire pit. We hope to be able to visit again soon.

This was such a surprising wonderful place to stay. In the middle of rolling hills, with a distant view of Brisbane, and the sounds of birds all around, it was magical. It was fun to stay in. a tiny house, like a boat. The hosts were great!

I would highly recommend staying with Glenn and Rhonda!! You get your our private lodge on their property. If you have a car you’re all set, or a 30 minute hike from the train station for those who like a little adventure! Close enough to Australia zoo but also have wonderful sheep, ducks, and Skip the kangaroo located in the property! Glenn was very kind and gave some fantastic local recommendations, gave me a lift to the station (I don’t have a car), had a lovely chat, and made my stay feel like a home away from home. Rhonda does an amazing job keeping your private lodge spotless and well stocked! The coffee and Easter eggs were a lovely surprise 🥰 I would highly recommend this accommodation to any nature lover or anyone looking to get away from the city, as I was. Would also be a lovely spot for a couple <3 I look forward to my next stay!!

My friend and I had a great stay. The unit was immaculate and the view and local scenery was beautiful. Our host were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at Rita's place.

Our extended family loved staying in Matt’s home. We stayed four nights for my niece’s wedding at Gabbinbar. The home was so comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Lots of areas indoors and outdoors on the enormous verandah for entertaining plenty of guests. The table tennis was a hit and so was the sweet little terrier Poppy who visited us every day. We had a couple of gatherings there and enjoyed the wonderful Budgee Valley steak and sausages on the BBQ with the family. Matt was a super responsive host and excellent communicator. I would thoroughly recommend this home in Mount Rascal for a truly, comfortable stay for large groups or extended family. Thanks Matt !
