Privacy is guaranteed by a separate entrance and adjacent parking. There are several interesting walks in the area.

The kitchen has an oven, fridge, toaster, microwave and toasted sandwich maker along with essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, tea and coffee etc. Continental breakfast supplies are also provided.
