Location, location Location BRILLIANT. Close to everything, 120 steps to everything, coffee, restaurants, supermarket Spacious & very comfortable beds were great. Outdoor area huge compared to most, with table,chairs, daybed & lounge. Pool in the complex. Beautiful park opposite. Apartment would be great for family with kids or oldies needing a flat area. As over 70's were very happy and would stay here again if we returned to Darwin.

Apartment was well appointed with little luxury inclusions to help make it homey and special. The location was perfect, quiet location and very easily walkable to centre of town and tourist precincts. The facility also had great inclusions - pool, gym and restaurant. Instructions for check in and checkout were clear and easy. Highly recommend!

This is a great apartment in a cracking part of Darwin. It was almost a resort style holiday with the swim lagoon, cafes and bars at our doorstop - plus central Darwin an easy stroll away. Use of the vehicle was an extra bonus. Host was super responsive and apartment was great for the two of us.

Loved our 2 week stay! Very toddler-friendly with a safe balcony, pram, high chair, pool noodles, books and kid-friendly plates/bowls/cutlery. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Location was perfect - away from the noise but a quick walk to all the action. Photos very accurate. Place was spotless. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. 2x allocated underground carparks were very secure. Lots of cleaning supplies, tea, coffee pods, nespresso pod machine, toiletries, extra bedding, and even a number of large umbrellas that were so handy during the wet season! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Had a wonderful time staying at Sunset on Smith for 4 nights. Ideal location, great views and as the name suggests stunning sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the spa, sipping drinks and watching storms roll by. Pristine apartment with all necessary amenities. We couldn't get over how soft the bed sheets were! Would highly recommend, look forward to staying at Eyve's place in future.

The property is well situated and having the Darwin Golf Course on your front door step was extremely extra. The home catered to our family needs and was absolutely awesome. Communicating with the hosts was easy and always pleasant, Extremely prompt when addressing a repair and just overall Awesome. All the rooms had outstanding furniture, beds were a dream to sleep in. The house had extremely high end furnishings and extremely functional appliances, this ensured not only our Christmas lunch was catered too but cooking in general as well. Will certainly have this property as 1 of my top 3 Air BnB to date.

A beautiful house. Images actually don’t do it justice. The open kitchen, dining and lounge was perfect to hang out. Back deck looking out to the water was a very peaceful way to start the morning. Matthew was very welcoming with communication impeccable. I would definitely recommend. Travis

Kaia was an amazing host. We had a couple of questions & she was right there to help us out. She went over & above our expectations. We throughly enjoyed our first nights of our holiday in the NT. We would love to come back again.

Jessica was really friendly, helpful and responsive from the initial contact all the way through our stay. The house was perfectly clean and tastefully furnished, free of any clutter but with everything we needed. My kids loved looking after the chickens and collecting fresh eggs each day. I would definitely recommend to others.

We loved our stay at this property. Jeanette was a fabulous host. The property was in a quiet area close to shops. She left great instructions and recommendations. We loved being able to swim in the wonderful pool.

We loved staying here over Christmas. It felt like a private tropical retreat surrounded by established palm trees, and local wildlife such as frogs, lizards and birds. The house is very well presented, styled, and clean. Beds are very, very comfortable and the place is air conditioned throughout. When you sit on the balcony, you feel a million miles away. The pool is great too. It’s only a short drive to the cbd, a 3 min walk to the beautiful foreshore, to the local beach front pub, and to extended walking/jogging trails. The rapid creek markets are only a short stroll, as well as the Nightcliff food trucks. Hope to stay again soon.

I had a great 3-night stay at Stuart Park in Darwin. The place was easy to find, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. Its location is excellent—close to the CBD, making it easy to explore the city. Eve and Tom are proactive and providing thoughtful touches and quick responses to any queries. The accommodation offered a cozy and convenient base for exploring Darwin. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful property. The location is perfect, easily walkable to all the main attractions but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful cul de sac. Great gym and yoga studio a few doors down, and easy walk to waterfront, wave pool, amazing restaurants, small bars and all that Darwin has to offer. The apartment has everything you need, every little detail has been well thought out. Beds are very comfortable and the apartment is spacious and bright. Also great iconic Darwin view from the balcony, and we appreciated the pool for those hot afternoons. Lorna was a friendly and responsive host, we will be back !

A very nice apartment. Neat and tidy. Perfect for a family of 5. Very close to the city. Easy to find. Very good layout of apartment. Kids thought it was great. Nice little pool for the kids when we used it. Instructions for entry, gates and wifi were excellent. Would recommend this apartment for sure and hopefully we will be able to stay in it again next time.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was immaculate and as described. So close to the Parap Markets which was a treat. Thank you Ben for being such an organised and responsive host.

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Fabulous 10th floor modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious balcony is special, with amazing sunset views.
