Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Mi bonito y familiar apartamento está equipado para disfrutar de unas estupendas vacaciones. Desde la terraza podrás ver amaneceres espectaculares sobre el mar, comer en deliciosos restaurantes cerca o tomar una copa, practicar deportes de agua o simplemente tumbarte en la arena. Serás bienvenido como huésped si entiendes el concepto de Airbnb, no se trata de un Hotel sino de mi casa, con sus virtudes y defectos, pero preparada con todo el cariño para hacer agradable vuestra estancia.

L'appartamento è stato recentemente rinnovato (giugno 2023) , esso è ben equipaggiato. E' cosi' composto, una camera con letto matrimoniale, una cucina e soggiorno, un bagno e uno spazio terrazza davanti all'appartamento con vista mare. Inoltre al piano superiore c'è una terrazza in condivisione con altri due appartamenti con lettini prendi sole e ombrelloni. L'appartamento a pochi metri dal mare è situato alla Caleta, perla della Costa Adeje.
