I was pleasantly surprised. The unit is larger than seems in pictures. The house covers every simpler necessity. Had snacks water utensils anything you need for cooking washer and dryer. Towels rags all in a clean safe, quiet spacious area. Outdoor you got charcoal or gas grills. A hot tub that feels like you’re in your own private land. He’s very cautious it’s not to disrupt your stay and extremely polite and professional.

I recently stayed at Olympia’s Place and had a fantastic experience. The space was perfect for two people surprisingly spacious yet cozy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about the flight of stairs leading up to the unit. However, that concern quickly faded when I discovered the private back patio deck. Perfect spot for my morning coffee. The only minor drawback was the absence of a TV in the bedroom during my stay. It would have been nice to have one for late-night viewing. Nonetheless, this was a small issue in an otherwise delightful stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Olympia’s Place and would definitely return when traveling to Fort Lauderdale.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and once again, it worked out perfect for our needs. Can walk to the beach, has a screened porch where we store all the sandy gear and toys, and very comfortable.

We enjoyed this stay so much and Joe was an excellent host! Very helpful and responsive and took great care of us! The property was very clean and we enjoyed how close it was to everything. 5-10 min walk from all the restaurants, Publix, and various beach access points. The pool area was relaxing and private and very clean as well. Definitely would stay here again!

This place is perfect! It’s in a quiet area with a nice cozy pool. Parking in front and easy access to the complexe with a keypad. The inside is very clean. The little backyard is a nice plus. Everything we need is there including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and everything in the kitchen including coffee etc. I needed a bottle opener and Emily was very kind to get me one. I will most definitely rent again on my next trips to Fort Lauderdale. Thanks again!

We had such a good time at Naomi’s place. Beautiful area, pool, awesome room. We enjoyed sitting at the pool area in the morning while we drank our coffee and relaxed in the sun before going out for the day. We appreciated how accommodating and responsive Naomi was. Check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier. Next time I plan to visit the area I will absolutely be checking the availability of this Airbnb first !Thank You so much Naomi !

Everything was clean and new. Nice private patio outside.

The home was exactly as described. Everything was in working order and it was a good location. The house is definitely lived in, and the bathroom could use a fan. But it's a great value, in a safe location. And the backyard is also a nice bonus.

This stay was everything you could hope for! The space was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very accommodating and quick in their responses. They provided plenty of amenities tailored to the area that this spot is situated. Smooth and easy from start to finish. They set the standard to what to hope out of your stay! Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

This was one of the best Airbnb's that we have stayed in....hands down! The home was so comfortable and clean, with everything you would need to cook, relax, and enjoy some time away. The home was really beautiful. The back area was uniquely laid out with a very nice (and warm!) pool, a tiki bar, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. It was also on a water way with jumping fish, iguanas, and birds that played all afternoon! It was like nothing you would see anywhere else. Ralph met us when we arrived and showed us everything we would need to know. He was available without being overbearing in any way. It was close to restaurants and shopping, and the neighborhood was very safe for walking, running, or enjoying the ambience. We would absolutely return to this location again. 5 stars all the way around.

We had four of us staying there. It was cheaper than two hotel rooms. We drove down from Virginia, got in early, and the owners were very accommodating. The house is very nice, three bedroom, a living room and a tv room. It was close to everything in Boca. The place had a private driveway (fenced property). My daughter particularly liked the hammock outside. I highly recommend this place and the owners.

The facility was beautiful and the condo was equally as nice. Looking forward to booking there again next year.

Tamara's unit 208 was just as it was advertised. Some things that she doesn't mention and she doesn't really need to is that the unit faces east and gets the morning sun. The shades and curtains do a good job blocking the heat and sun when you need them to. The Wi-Fi is very fast. The neighbors are very friendly and they all seem to speak French. The only TV is via Roku. There doesn't seem to be a cable box or an antenna that I could find so you won't get local channels. The kitchen is immaculate and well stocked but I couldn't turn off the ice maker and it makes a lot of noise. One thing that Tamara didn't mention and she should have is that the parking for this unit is in the rear. The driveway to access it is on the right of the building as you face it. I felt that my car was very secure back there. I liked the place so much that I hope to be back soon.

Great location - very central, 2 min from Atlantic Ave. and direct on the beach, at the same time very quiet. A lot of space, very clean and very comfortable, inkl. parking just behind the house. Thank you John, we really enjoyed our stay

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

Excellent place for the family. It was 6 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment. Pool was pretty nice and what made it better was the water slide. Colleen was amazing, very responsive and super clear instructions.
