The Little Cabin by the Lake

Relax and unwind in our cosy woodland cabin, a peaceful hideaway nestled beside a tranquil lake and surrounded by ancient trees. Enjoy morning coffee or outdoor dining on the large decking area or just relax whilst fishing. In spring, the woods come alive with bluebells and delicate flowers, creating enchanting mornings and nature-filled days. In summer, bask in long golden evenings; in autumn, watch the leaves turn rich shades over the lake. Ideal for couples seeking peace, nature, and comfort.

Chestnut lodge a cosy quirky unique space.

Nestled in a small village with a great pub and country walks within 5 minutes. This unique place has a style all its own. It is made from recycled/reclaimed material's, bed side tables which are made out of suitcases, handmade high bed with storage. The breakfast bar is a cast iron cutting table from an old printing press. There is a kitchen area made up of vintage drawers and doors, with a small fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer, but no oven. French doors leading to a private courtyard area.

The Puffball Lodge Woodland Cabin in East Sussex

Kick off your shoes and snuggle up in the Puffball Lodge at Bracken Woods. Immersed in the sounds and sights of the woodland, quickly feel the worries and pressures of the outside world melt away. Fully equipped and with stylish furnishings the Puffball Lodge is perfect for weekend getaways and longer stays. If you fancy venturing out there are two great pubs serving excellent food within walking distance and this is a great spot from which to explore all that East Sussex and Kent have to offer.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

The Groom’s Cottage

The Groom’s Cottage is situated within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. Recently renovated to modern standards, the property still retains its charming cottage character. The picturesque village of Isfield with its cosy country pub, farm shop and the Lavender Line railway is only a short and scenic walk away. This deluxe, dedicated two-bedroom accommodation is light, fresh and airy. A great base to relax in the garden and games room or explore Sussex, Kent and beyond. Situated is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely country walks on your doorstep. Also you are within easy driving distance of Ashdown Forest, the South Downs the coast, the Bluebell Railway and several National Trust properties. Buxted train station, offers easy access for shopping in the local town and is a direct line to London.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Taylor’s Lodge is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a private lake. We have ducks, chickens, two cats and a friendly dog. Enjoy feeding the fish, you might even see the heron on his daily visit! No fishing please. We are set in 4 acres with beautiful walks to Buxted Park, Ashdown Forest. There are two pubs within a short walk, both excellent food. Our lodge is fitted out to provide a comfortable stay with nature in abundance.

It is a very special place, handmade by the owners and full of artistic charms which provide an idyllic setting for a weekend escape or simply to immerse yourself in nature and have time to hear the dawn chorus and the owls.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling and spacious lounge (including Sky TV) with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a fridge and a small area for making tea / coffee and toast but no cooker - who wants to cook on holiday anyway!! There are local pubs including one within 3 mins walk serving good food, shops and even a Victorian cinema in walking distance and many other Sussex and Kent places of interest within a short drive.

It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.
