Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Sie ist ca. 64 qm groß, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang mit eigenem Parkplatz. Ausgestattet ist sie mit einer neuen Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem 1,80 Doppelbett , einem Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Fernseher, sowie einem komfortablen Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche und WC & einer kleinen Terrasse. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Föhn stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415 m² park with wooded area, BBQ, and terrace. The villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. In the outbuilding is space for your bicycles. This true holiday residence has received exclusively 5-star overall ratings since 9/2024.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Die Südpfalz und der Pfälzer Wald laden ein mit ihren beliebten Ausflugszielen, unzähligen Einkehrmöglichkeiten, modernen Vinotheken, gutem Wein und Pfälzer Gastfreundschaft. Der Luftkurort Edenkoben liegt verkehrsgünstig, verfügt über Bus und Bahn und ist nur wenige Kilometer von Neustadt a.d.W. und Landau entfernt.
