Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Herzlich Willkommen bei Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. Wir haben die Wohnungen so ausgestattet, wie wir es uns für unseren Urlaub wünschen würden. Ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn-und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Kamin, ein großzügiges Bad,eine Sauna, ein Boxspringbett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Boxspringbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen der schönsten Balkone der Mittelmosel. Außerdem stellen wir Euch zwei Elektroräder zur Verfügung, um unsere schöne Landschaft zu erkunden.

Die liebevoll eingerichtete, helle Einliegerwohnung am Ortsrand gelegen, ist keine 50m vom Naheufer und dem Barfußpfad entfernt. Sie ist ca. 64 qm groß, verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang mit eigenem Parkplatz. Ausgestattet ist sie mit einer neuen Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem 1,80 Doppelbett , einem Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Fernseher, sowie einem komfortablen Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche und WC & einer kleinen Terrasse. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Föhn stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Wir bieten 2 kleine Mansardenzimmer mit kleiner Küche und eigenem Bad in einem Einfamilienhaus in der Mainzer Oberstadt zur Vermietung an. Ein Zimmer ist mit einem Bett( 1x2m),Kommode, Sessel und kleinem Tisch ausgestattet, das andere verfügt über eine Recamiere, Kommode und eingebautem Kleiderschrank. TV und Internetradio sind vorhanden. Das Bad besteht aus WC, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Zur Innenstadt und zur Universität sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50 m entfernt.

The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge Palatinate Forest

You will have sole occupancy in the Former Landgrave's Hunting Lodge in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can store your bikes in the outbuilding.

Das Jahrhundertwende-Anwesen mit Schafsweide und Quelle liegt vor den Mauern der historischen Feste Dilsberg und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir bitten um Beachtung der Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr.
