L'appartamento gode di una posizione invidiabile. La fermata del tram è ai piedi dell'immobile (3 fermate per raggiungere Nizza Vecchia e il mare, 7 minuti), la Stazione si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti (ottimo per andare a Cannes o Monaco), a 3 minuti c'è un grande supermarket Carrefour e negozi di ogni genere. Il Palais des Expositions e l'Acropolis (conferenze, fiere, eventi culturali) si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti. Parcheggi gratis nelle strade adiacenti l'immobile (raro a Nizza!!).

You will be at 5 minutes by foot from the port, 10 minutes from old town and 5 minutes from the railroad station where you can get to Monaco, Villefranche, Antibes etc. The apartment is spacious (70m2) and will be great for 4 with two independent rooms at each side. There is also a sofa bed. Please note: the apartment is at the 4th floor without lift.
