We are a 2/2 bay view vacation home located in historic downtown Palacios, an outdoor enthusiasts paradise! There is an additional 1/1 attached to the home available for stay. Go 1 block south of us for public access lighted fishing piers, boat ramp, and family-friendly beach. One block to the north and you will find a variety of food options and cute boutique shopping.

Welcome to our Spacious Relaxing Getaway! Our home is a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy fishing at the lighted pier. You can bring your days catch back to the fish cleaning table at the house. Stop by and enjoy the FishVille restaurant down the road. Please note, this is not a "party house" for large groups. It is able to accommodate 10 -12 people but is not set up to host large parties.

Nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs unit with bay views from the front yard. We offer 2 free parking spaces. Come enjoy the quaint little town of Palacios and go fishing or boating! There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive to Port Lavaca. If you have kids this is the beach for them, if not, you'll love it too. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay.

The living room has a pullout sofa bed that becomes a King sized bed. The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full over full sized bunk bed. Come for fishing or just to relax. Our home is in the beautiful Boca Chica community. This new construction home is well appointed and very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer, full well equipped kitchen with a dish washer, so you have more time to enjoy your stay. Enjoy FishVille restaurant down the road or head to shopping and dining in the near by towns. Bring your fishing gear and use the community fishing peer.

Enjoy the seclusion from the hustle & bustle having your morning coffee on the deck. Or take a walk watching the sunrise over the water. So much to do, fishing, kayaking if you bring one or simply do nothing but relax.

Bay Front 2 bed/1 bath Pre-fab House

Sit on the patio and look at the water as the locals pass by in golf carts and give a friendly wave. The city boat ramp is 8 blocks away. We have a huge parking area for trucks and boats. Beach-themed interior Update: new floors and new couch added to unit April 2025. Updated pictures July 2025.
