Recently renovated private 1 bedroom apartment offers a full bathroom, full kitchen, office work space, & includes parking. Location is a 10! Everything downtown at your fingertips. Steps to restaurants, movie theatre, shops, groceries, night life & much more. A short walk to the beach, & forested walking trails. Drive to Kanata in 20 min. Downtown Ottawa 40 min. No pets & no smoking please. Located on the second floors accessed by a long staircase. Cooling system present but centralized.

Private Studio, with no direct interaction with the hosts. About 15 minutes from Gatineau and 20 minutes from Ottawa by car. For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you can access the spa, sauna, and cold plunge pool. A lunchbox breakfast is included. Perfect for workers or tourists. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

We are just 30 minutes from world class downhill skiing and whitewater rafting.
