Great apartment with quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment. It has a good location, just a few steps to the beach and is equipped with functional household stuffs. The service is quality. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value for such a large apartment.

Ms. Nitcharee was very responsive and proactive. Our family of six comfortablely stayed at her place for two nights during the Songkran holidays. I would definitely go there to stay if we plan for another vacation in Hua hin.

On se sent en sécurité le logement situé en résidence privée bénéficie d'une surveillance et un gardiennage irréprochables. Le personnel est sympathique. La maison fidèle à la description. Elle est belle, pratique et agréable La première piscine est à 100m du logement, la deuxième,plus grande en bord de mer. Une des deux chambres du haut donne sur la route, cela peut-être dérangeant pour certaines personnes. Nous y étions pour nouvel an je suppose que c'était bien plus animé que d'habitude. Les hôtes répondent rapidement, sont fort sympathiques et de très bons conseils.

We did plan on staying 3 nights but only stayed for 1 as we were exhausted from travelling and just wanted to get home with our dogs. The place is in a great location for the beach, just a minutes walk away. The maid was fanstastic who went out of their way to get some shopping in for us as we were arriving late at night. Absolute credit to the place.

We have good time at Krista' place. The house has spacious lounging area which allow us all to stay together and have good conversations. Swimming pool is just right in front of the house, very easy to access. Nice stay especially with baby and kid. Bedrooms are well decorated and clean. Facilities and amenities are prepared as per listed. The resort is well maintained with walkable range to the beach. Overall property is private and peaceful even though it's Songkran.

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

een prachtige villa die met smaak is ingericht. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt zitten erin. Het is niet erg toeristisch in de buurt, dat maakt het wel wat authentieker. Er zijn verschillende lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Een scooter huren is wel een must in deze omgeving.

Die Anlage und die Wohnung waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Die Putzfrau kam alle 2 Wochen und hat die Wohnung blitzeblank geputzt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Besonders möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Leute in der Rezeption unglaublich hilfsbereit sind! Ich kam abends im Dunklen an; der diensthabende Mann in der Rezeption hat mich nach der Ankunft mit seinen Motorroller noch mit zum 7/11 Einkaufsladen genommen, den ich im Dunklen gar nich gefunden hätte. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß, ca. 20 Meter lang, der täglich vom Personal sauber gehalten wurde.

Kae was very responsive and she actually bought a grill for us when she did not need to! She made sure that we had everything we needed. She is one of the best host we had experienced through Airbnb because of her unmatched hospitality. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes up again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Leena's place in Cha-am. The location is perfect, being right on the beach and beside the Sailing Club, and near enough a hut where you could have your daily massage fix. The unit has a fantastic view of the water, with the pool fronting the sea. We would wake up to see the waves, and drink to sunsets from her balcony. The photos on the website are accurate, although I'd say seeing the place itself was even more awesome. Our two sons especially loved it - the extra room had two beds which they preferred, and Vimanlay has a gym where they could work out. The bathrooms in the unit are spotless, we even had a welcome fruit tray, and we loved the convenience of getting drinking water from the front office. We cooked a few meals together - but could not forego the opportunity to have excellent Thai food for our dinners. Vimanlay is a short drive (or 16 minute walk) to the "village" where restaurants like Harry's (for excellent pizza and pasta) and The Village are located, as well as a bevy of massage places. This back route to Novotel is a quieter option than taking the highway. (Go visit the Gravity Bar at the Novotel too - has a great vista of Cha-am, being the highest bar in the area). Cha-am is about a 20-minute drive to Huahin - and from there, you add a few more minutes to get to the center of town due to the traffic. We certainly preferred to drive out to Huahin for our activities: kiting, golf, night market shopping, massages, etc. and then just do the relaxing drive back to Huahin. Closer to Vimanlay, you can visit the factory outlets or Santorini Water Park, or the ATV Park. If you're thinking of renting a vehicle, just arrange for it with Leena and the wonderful Vimanlay team. It was so convenient for us to move around this way - you may then just rent a van to pick you up from the place for the ride back to Bangkok (or wherever your next destination is). Of course the train in Huahin is also an option (we did arrive by the morning train on our first day), but we much preferred the more comfortable ride right up to our apartment in the Bangkok after our holiday. The Vimanlay is staffed by a very professional team, who made sure we enjoyed our stay. They kept the place clean, and anticipated all our needs. The security and maintenance folks were wonderfully pleasant and always had a smile for us. All in all, we had a wonderful family reunion, made especially so by having Leena's wonderful place as our base. Thank you, Leena for sharing your home with us :) we will be sure to stay at Vimanlay should we find ourselves again in Huahin.

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

My small family had a fantastic stay at Punjarat’s place and she was a brilliant host. Close to the beach and the pool was good for small kids. Very friendly staff in the building. Punjarat went above and beyond as a host on many occasions. Highly recommend to everyone!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Espana. The location was beautiful, and the villa(s) had everything you need. All communication before and during was timely and helpful, and check in could not have been easier with someone meeting us at the villa. A great spot to relax with its own pool; the beach is so close too so your surroundings and views really are gorgeous. There’s a couple of good restaurants and resorts nearby so you can very easily get some really nice food, as well as any local activities/amenities you might want, including kayaking, snorkeling, cycling and hiring a motorbike. We will definitely be heading back to Sam Roi Yot to stay at Villa Espana in the future. Really recommend staying at this beautiful location.

Nice appartment in a quiete location about 850 m from the husstle an bustle of downtown Hua Hin. Great balcony with morning sun and an amazing sunrise. Comfortable.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

We loved staying at Chere’s place. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the most amazing view over the pool and sea! The location is very central and the complex is very well maintained! Our kids loved to play in the pool and the fact that you can easily walk to different restaurants over the beach. Would certainly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay I must say. The flat has everything you need and it’s on the beach, the sunsets are fantastic as are the sunrises . The owners are really nice and the whole area is beautiful with lots of nice places to visit and eat but you will need transportation but that’s easy to organize. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area next.

Love staying at Faii's, I stay here every year when I visit Hua Hin, location is perfect, between two major shopping centers which are walking distance, beach is across the street. Everyone at Faii's are so lovely, accommodating and so welcoming. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are quiet. The best!
