The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Our annex is a self contained space, with a King size bed and dining area. A huge window allows views of the beautiful Teign estuary and from the door, a view of Dartmoor is very special . There is a separate, well fitted small kitchen and a modern shower room to give you total independence . You'll have a private patio with wicker table and chairs, and gas barbeque, which also gives a superb view of the Teign estuary. There are 7 steps up to the Annex. We offer private parking on site.

Little Barn's in the busy bustling village of Marldon. Set on the border of the South Hams and Torbay, there are two Local pubs, a convenience store a post office and a garage. Offering a feast of activities in all the sorrounding areas. A 15 minuit drive to the unusual market Town of Totnes, 5 min drive to Preston Sands, a foot path on the doorstep to Cockington Village. Lots of lovely walks, beaches and wonderful Devonshire Heritage. This little gem is easy access to anywhere in Devon.
