Highly recommended! The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. Liz is the perfect host, very communicative and welcoming. The location is just perfect with beautiful views over the Harbour, The Manor pub is extremely local and so friendly, there are many other pubs and restaurants around the Harbour. we particularly like The Mermaid for live music and cocktails. The Prince William pub is just across the Harbour and their Sunday dinners are amazing! Thank you Liz we will be back, we love Brixham!

Matthew was a fantastic host, extremely prompt with his reply clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. the apartment was better than the pictures. beautifully decorated, with so much space. Location is in the heart of the town so perfect for a seaseaside break in a Teignmouth. We will definitely be booking again!

Absolutely lovely clean & well equipped, comfortable place to stay. Ideal for couples or small family. Central to many places by bus or train which is a 5 min walk away. Beautiful beach with plenty to do locally. Highly recommend. Thank you 😊

Lovely place, no issues. The only thing is the outdoor heated swimming pool is not open to apartment guests - we got confused as it was shown in the photos (only indoor pool and the tennis court for a small fee). The apartment and surrounding area was amazing- 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful flat - clean and with lovely decor - overlooking the estuary. Balcony off the sitting room has table and chairs to sit outside. Next door to a great pub Crabshell Inn and only short walk into Kingsbridge. We went to Start Point and Salcombe too. Would definitely come back again, Paul, Helen, Hannah and William

We had a great week’s stay at Louise’s apartment. Great location, walkable to everything we wanted. Apartment was as described; clean, comfortable, with all the amenities. Louise was a great host, promptly answering any questions. Many thanks Louise.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Great hosts and lovely home in a great location, easy enough to walk into the town. (the hill isn't as steep as it looks) So spacious and very comfortable rooms! Lovely welcome pack and essentials, my son made full use of the hot chocolates! as did I, with the prosecco! It was a lovely place to spend New Year.

Our second stay, lovely apartment in a quiet location at the rear of restored former school, with parking space (very valuable in Ashburton).

Nia’s place was perfect for us. Self contained studio with off road parking. Easy to walk into Totnes town with lots of restaurants to choose from (recommend booking ahead). Thanks for the dog bowls/towel!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s apartment this weekend which was exactly as we’d hoped - nicely decorated, clean and in a great location… just a short walk to the town and harbour. Mia has been the perfect host, very friendly with good communication. We would love to return to this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. There were lots of thoughtful touches like dressing gowns, chocolate bars, cereal, and milk – all really appreciated. The beds were very comfy and the property is in a peaceful, quiet area. While there's no communal indoor space, the outdoor seating area was great, especially with the lovely weather we had – it gave us a nice spot to all sit together. It's a short walk into Brixham, and the hosts even shared a shortcut not shown on maps, which was a bonus. Their adorable dog greeted us every time we came and went. Would definitely recommend!

The fact that this has been our third stay at this cosy little flat says it all really. It's a little bolt hole of heaven. The location is superb, in the heart of Teignmouth but quiet and peaceful with free on street parking nearby. The little garden has the sun all day and there are ample sunbeds and seating for two. Our host Luke couldn't be more welcoming and the little treats of Prosecco and Devon tea is a welcome respite after after a long trip. Thank you so much Luke.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was amazing, so welcoming, great decor and furnishings and was very clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool. The apartment was in an ideal location and it was easy to walk to local places and see the gorgeous scenery. Dee left a very useful folder with lots of information, ideas for places to visit as well as local restaurants. We would love to visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Accessing the caravan was super easy, parking is right next to the caravan so made unpacking breezy. Caravan was lovely and clean including the pull out bed with fresh clean bedding, was great having the little essentials such as washing up liquid and hand soap. We only had a short stay but the amenities on site were great everything you need is there. The caravan itself is a stones throw away from the main building. All as described would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou for our stay! Fab hosts!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.

Excellent place, well equipped, they have well thought out the accommodation and a very nice few extras as we stayed over Christmas - thank you for that, very much appreciated. Loved it, a lovely, peaceful break with our two small dogs, plenty of space to walk them both and a pooh bin was present too in the grounds. Pool and Snooker fab. Thanks.
