Spend your next getaway at this beautiful newly renovated house at SPI Golf Course Resort. 52 Augusta West, Spacious updated 3 Bedroom /2 Bath, 2 car garage . King size bed with a 65 " curved smart tv with a walk in closet , master bedroom has walk-in shower and a tub. The master bedroom comes with a desk incase you need to work from home. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and a 40" smart tv with closet space. The 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds and a trundle with a 40" smart tv and closet space. Both guest bedrooms have access to full bathroom. The living room has a 65-inch wall-mounted smart tv. The South Padre Island Golf Club has a world-class golf course, driving range, pro shop, 2 heated pools, tennis court, fitness room, and a wonderful restaurant. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24-hour gated security. Villa situated waterfront on a deep canal in Port Isabel just off the bridge to South Padre Island. You will enjoy fishing right off the deck and backyard! House has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private boat dock, fully fenced yard, 2 levels of spacious deck, two-car garage, and plenty of space to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably.
