We were a group of 4 friends traveling from Bangalore, looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway—and Shyam's place delivered just that. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a variety of fruit and flower trees, which made the environment feel serene and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the food—Shyam arranged delicious home-cooked meals for us. We especially loved the chicken kadai and biryani; both were absolutely mouth-watering! The location is great too, with many tourist spots nearby. Banasura Sagar Dam is just a short drive away and offers a beautiful walking trail around the dam. For adventure lovers, there’s a zipline at both Banasura and Karapuzha dams, but we found the one at Karapuzha to be more thrilling. Overall, a wonderful stay—we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Wayanad!

I choose Pranav’s place with bit of risk as this property was new and i was the first customer from Airbnb and hence no existing feedback was available. But when i landed there i was pleasantly amazed by the serene surroundings, cleanliness of the property. We booked two rooms (at first floor) who are adequately spacious, have a separate kitchen at ground floor. Rooms have sparkling clean bathrooms attached and hot water available always. There is lot of open space at ground floor, can play badminton/cricket and they also provide indoor games.There is caretaker available always to help you with anything. They also have tie up with vendors providing homely food , we opted for kerala’s authentic breakfast for all days and also dinner couple of times. The food was yummy and very reasonably priced. Pranav also helped answering all queries and guided for local shopping and tourism. I will highly recommend this property to anyone and will also look forward to stay again myself.

Great view and excellent stay experience

Fantastic location and clean rooms. The swimming pool was well maintained with constant cleaning and filteration. The location is what makes this place fantastic, Only point being, the kitchen wasn't clean enough, but it didn't matter as we never had any intention to cook or make anything. Looking forward to visit again.

It was a nice stay…but i think they should provide more blankets for the guests. There was only one medium sized blanket in each room when we stayed. Other than that everything else was good.

We had an amazing time staying at Nikhil's place. It had quiet and peaceful surroundings, full of nature all around. The rooms were quite spacious and well equipped, with several extra mattresses provided as well along with television with home theatre. There was immense space outside the house as well for relaxing in nature or bonfire etc. Nikhil was an amazing host. He always helped us whenever we had any issues/queries regarding our trip. He even designed an itinerary for us. Highly recommended!

A wonderful property worth every penny you paid for .. private space and a lot to see and walk which is pretty .. a wonderful choice if you want to cut off from the busy and crowded life to a peaceful space that emphasis on nature .. the care taker and the services provided are top class

The cottage is just like the photos—well-maintained and surrounded by absolutely stunning views that feel like they belong in a postcard. There’s a tea garden right next to the property and plenty of nature to explore nearby. The host was super responsive and helpful during our stay, sharing great local tips and even helping us with transportation, which made everything easier. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a break from the city and some quality time in nature.

Must Visit Home Away from Home in Wayanad Mr. Johny has been our guide since Day 0, even before we reached here. We had a weird list of 'Things to do' and Mr. Johny made it happen for us. From excellent communication to always being accessible for anything & everything, he has been the most amazing host. A must stay option for those who want to soak in nature. Peacocks around the house, a cute little cat (neighbour's cat) made us feel extra special. A trained eye can detect the perfection in blending of natural building elements to modernity. Mrs. Rose is the backbone of 'welcome & warmth' of this place. Special mention to her delectable Kerala cuisine served everyday for breakfast. Loved staying here with Mr. Johny & Mrs. Rose.

Jojy and his family are excellent hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed being at a home away from home. It felt like we were in company of friends. We got to meet the entire family and interact with them. We usually prefer to just be with ourselves, but this was special. They took special care to meet our dietary requirements- veg and non-veg respectively for me and my husband. Food was excellent - we did not even think about eating elsewhere. My husband rated food 6 on the scale of 1-5. 😀. The plantation homestay is one of its kind. With a little pond and boat to row, and a walking path full of plants with diverse fruits and vegetables, and a small pool with fresh water for those who want to take a dip. To top it all, hills on both sides and a beautiful sunrise that one can watch. We hope to visit again soon!
