This includes a new gazebo, new hot tub, grassy yard, fire pit and expansive deck-*all* along the private riverfront. Too cold out? Inside of the cabin has vaulted ceilings and views of the river from every shared space in the home. Has recent updates, high speed internet and ~ 30 minute trip to White Pass/ Easy Mt Rainier access.

Historical White Pass Ticket Booth Packwood

This is the original White Pass Ski Resort ticket booth, then lifty shack, and finally wax room, built in the 1950's, when White Pass first opened. It became somewhat run down and put out of service, but was rescued by a Packwoodian with vision. It was hauled down from White Pass on a flatbed truck, where it was given a new metal roof, insulation, rough-hewn cedar and corrugated metal interior walls. With log bunkbeds, rocking chairs, cozy blankets, it's a snug abode for skiers and hikers!

Custom built in 2020 by host with lots of handmade wood accents for that mountain feeling. Come to hike, fish, ski or just relax. Twenty minutes to the Stevens Canyon entrance to Mt. Rainier and twenty-five minutes White Pass Ski area. The quaint little town of Packwood is just 5 minutes away with restaurants, grocery and a brewery. The cabin is nestled in the woods at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood and fast cable Wi-Fi. Walk to Skate Creek. Short hike to Skate Creek Park.
