This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Great house and location.

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

La villa correspondait aux photos et était même mieux en vrai situé dans un quartier très calme idéal pour un séjour en famille. Jean Michel nous a super bien à accueilli et nous a même amené avec son propre véhicule pour faire des courses ! Il était attentif à nos demandes et très réactif lorsque nous en avions besoin. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions merci pour tout !

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Don’t know even where to begin. Steve had the instructions even before we flew to our destination. As we landed he was waiting for us to greet us. Despite getting to the villa very late he took his time to show is where we can grab a dinner. The villa is a 1000 times better than in the pictures. Immaculately clean and cleaning service was throughout the stay. We enjoyed the pool , sunbeds and gym. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very convenient especially when you travel with older kids or different groups . The place is located In the heart of Rawai . You can walk everywhere. 5 min and you on the street full of restaurants, bars and massage places. Steve was very responsive to all the questions we had about local places . We will definitely recommend staying here . Thank you Steve

Ich habe mein Aufenthalt bereits das zweite Mal verlängert! Tolle Gegend, toller Gastgeber & tolles Team vor Ort 🙏🏼 alles in allem perfekt , sehr viel Privatsphäre & vorallem sauber! Ich hatte zwischendrin ein kleines Problem mit meinem pool und es wurde binnen wenigen Stunden behoben 🙏🏼 danke vielmals für diese Gastfreundschaft & diese tolle Immobilie!

Au top du top. La maison est sublime elle et très propres à côté de la mosquée je reviendrai année prochaine si Dieu veut. Vous êtes juste magnifique mes enfants on adorée.

Honestly the best Air BNB service I have ever received. Host gave us all the local hot spots, he set up arrangement of mopeds at a discount compared to in town. If we wanted food he had it delivered for no charge, gave us drinks for free, massages for only 600 Baht thru a local place. The service I received was unparalleled. The view is beautiful and it’s a short moped ride to the town and it’s super quiet here. He answered our text and had food or drinks delivered at all hours. Very top notch service.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Es sieht alles genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Super sauber! Die Hauptstraße ist zu Fuß erreichbar und hat echt einiges zu bieten. Falls man abends mal keine Lust hat weg zu gehen, macht man es sich am privaten Pool gemütlich. Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. DANKE 🙏🏽:))

This villa is absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Peter was an amazing host during our entire stay. Very responsive and very proactive to our wants and needs. Chef Lee was absolutely fantastic. Her food was delicious and she was very attentive to our wants and needs as well. The cleaning ladies are amazing as well very sweet and helpful. Kept the place spic and span. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Чистота на высоком уровне, а интерьер создаёт атмосферу уюта и расслабления. Зона отдыха на улице — просто потрясающая! Мы наслаждались каждым вечером, проводя время у бассейна. Это место идеально подходит для спокойного отдыха и полного расслабления. Мы остались очень довольны и с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова!

Спасибо за отличную виллу! Прекрасный комплекс, который располагает всем для хорошего отпуска. Все соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Отличное расположение в дали от шума. До пляжа Най Хан 11 минут на такси (стоимость в одну сторону 206 бат). Рядом находится несколько продуктовых магазинов. И хотелось бы выделить семейное кафе Nang Naan (ели всегда там), и массажный салон La Massage (лучший массаж, спасли кожу после ожога). Вот и представьте как все классно расположено и какой классный отпуск у нас был. Спасибо за чистоту, спасибо за своевременную связь по вопросам. Вы лучшие☺️

The house is beautiful and very modern Location is quiet and beautiful. There are a few local restaurants and 7-11 and tops store just at bottom of the road There are 2 beaches within walking distance Raiwai is a boat beach, although the owners of the boats are happy for you to swim and lay on the beach here. Yanui beach is in the other direction and takes a little longer to walk... But we'll work it, a small cove with crystal clear waters that you can snorkel in and see lots of tropical fish. Jamie and Tisha are very responsive and helpful to all questions, our tuk, tuk could not originally find the address, Tisha was able to talk to the driver to guide him. The hosts did not have booking directly either side of us and allowed us to check in a bit early and out a bit later to help with our plans. Electricity payment was very reasonable.

Very nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Also Safe and great neighborhood. We just felt like home right away. Dream allowed us to do late check out. We really do appreciate it. Lovely apartment/property to stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful and well set up for our group, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the team. Serendipity led us to this incredible villa, and we couldn’t be happier! The villa’s location was perfect—close to Kata Beach and the night market, yet peacefully tucked away. We stayed in a brand-new private villa for two, and it was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with a relaxing Bali-inspired vibe that made us feel at home instantly. Thoughtful touches set this place apart—daily maid service, fresh water bottles, and even laundry service—small details that made our stay effortless. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like we were on a luxury cruise rather than a last-minute getaway. This trip was one for the books, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our spontaneous adventure in Thailand so memorable!

The two of us spent one week in the villa. We did not use the second bedroom. The villa is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The pool is clean and we liked both the temperature and the depth. The pool area, as well as the pool itself, could do with some light cosmetic repairs. The aggressive climate makes itself felt. Even considering the minor shortcomings described, we would be happy to spend our next vacation at this villa.

JP’s place was stunning, the infinity pool being the highlight, and was always the perfect temperature, with the maintenance man looking after the yard and pool every morning which was nice. The one master bedroom with ensuite was separate from the main building, which was great if there is multiple couples staying there. The kitchen was easy to cook in and was fully stocked with pots and pans as well as utensils. The villa is situated in a nice area as well, private and clean. One thing to note is you do have to pay for electricity, which JP mentions in the description, and we had to pay a little extra on top of the deposit, about 1800 baht total. Just something to keep in mind for budget conscious travellers. Overall was a great stay and would recommend to anyone.
