The house can sleep up to 10 people with a combination of beds, 1 pull out trundle & a sectional that pulls out to a full size bed. Air mattresses are available to sleep more people upon request. This barndo is 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and an office with a day bed that pulls out to a king. Lake access to Lake Tyler via a private boat ramp on the east side of the lake just down the street from the property. There is great indoor/outdoor capabilities via the garage door out to the porch, where you I'll find outdoor seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee for the coffee maker. It is an open concept Kitchen/living combo with a large smart TV for entertainment.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
