Ouder-Amstel: soggiorni in alloggi adatti ai bambini

Le logement est lumineux, spacieux, moderne, confortable et propre. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, face à une petite aire de jeux pour enfants (avec une table de ping-pong). Une belle terrasse (avec 3 lapins) donne sur un canal apportant encore une touche bucolique et chaleureuse à la maison qui n'en manque pas... Le tout à proximité d'un métro (15 minutes à pied) conduisant en 10 minutes à Amsterdam ; arrêt de plus très bien desservi ! Stéphanie est de plus accueillante, serviable et réactive. Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de ce choix de logement qui présentait toutes les qualités que nous recherchions ! Nous y avons passé un beau séjour !

Quelle joie de retrouver un logement airbnb tel que le prévoyait le concept :) vous vous sentirez chez Anne comme à la maison :) n’hésitez pas une seconde ! La situation permet d’accéder facilement à Amsterdam, mais aussi à Utrecht que nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir.

Staying at Xavier and Catherine's home has been really great - the house is even more beautiful than the photos make it to be, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's in close proximity to the Duivendrecht train/metro station which makes it very convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Amsterdam.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

Wir waren zu sechst bei Lizet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und wenn wir Fragen hatten, egal welcher Art, stand Lizet mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Vorort, der jedoch super angebunden ist. Wir wollten Amsterdam und Umgebung anschauen und dafür war es die perfekte Location: Mit Bus (alle 7-10 Minuten) und Metro (alle 7 Minuten) ist man sehr schnell in Amsterdam, aber auch gut bspw. an Haarlem angebunden, wodurch man schnell am Meer ist. Der Vorteil war, dass man dann einen ruhigen Abend am Haus verbringen könnte oder im Ort essen, ohne Touristen zu begegnen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

wir konnten wunderbare ruhige Tage verbringen. Die Anleitungen haben super geklappt für die "Fähre" um zum Haus zu gelangen. Der Kontakt war stets schnell und informativ, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

This absolutely lovely house ticked every box possible for our family. We had come to the Netherlands to visit friends and family and we felt as though the house were our own for the week we were here. Roger was so accommodating at every stage of our vacation and we really appreciated everything about our stay. So sad to be leaving Ouderkerk but hoping to return again in the not too distant future. Thank you Roger and family for a wonderful week.

We stayed 3days in Amsterdam and it was really great place to stay with clean and morden conditions. It takes about 1 hour or less to get to the city centre but it is easy to get there by bus, tram and Metro. There is a big and nice supermarket near Airbnb. Hans is always responsible and very friendly!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr schön und sauber!!! Große Ausstattung und sehr süßer Balkon!! Metro sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar 🤗 Supermarkt war auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar!! Sef und seine Freundin waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, haben alles gut erklärt und Tipps gegeben 🤩 Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen 🤗👍🏼

Joel was super nice and helpful with everything and he answers messages quickly. He made us feel welcome in Amsterdam from the beginning! The apartment is really spacious and it's got everything you need. Place looks just like in the pictures :) We can definitely recommend it!

Everything was great, we felt at home. Green area right outside of Amsterdam, easily reachable by public transport. The apartment is sparkling clean! And it has everything one needs for a nice stay. Especially we appreciate high quality pans and pots, as we cooked a lot. The host is very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

We've had the best time at Isca's place! The apartment is cozy and well decorated, all equipment is available (maybe add a hair dryer, and it would be perfect!). Not in the city center but easily accessible by metro/train/bus. Communication is quick and always friendly with Isca and Dede. I can recommend 100% sure!!!

We had a great experience. Myself and my partner were moving to Amsterdam from Ireland and used Richard’s accommodation as a base. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the metro, amenities nearby, and a spotless apartment. We had great hosts as Richard and Esmee were very quick to respond. I’d highly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kris qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec une collation. Son logement est spacieux, convivial, très confortable, calme, meublé avec soin et goût et équipé selon le descriptif. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Le tramway est à 5 minutes pour rejoindre la ville avec dans le quartier des restaurants variés et agréables. L'arrêt de tram est à côté d'un supermarché et d'autres commerces, très pratique donc. Nous n'avons pas entendu un seul bruit de la semaine, les nuits furent reposantes. Kris est un hôte soucieux du confort des voyageurs, réactif, disponible et très accommodant. Nous vous recommandons son logement sans hésitation et gardons son adresse pour un futur séjour si l'occasion de retourner dans cette ville magnifique se présente. Encore merci Kris pour votre accueil.

De très beaux espaces, agréables et confortables, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer le séjour à notre arrivée. Calme, très bien localisé dans un bel environnement. La terrasse est superbe. Nous avons adoré ce logement. Merci à Maura pour son gentil et souriant accueil.

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour chez Pascale. Pour un séjour au calme, pas trop loin du centre d amsterdam (30 minute porte à portes de la gare centrale), dans une maison propre, grande, agréable, et qui a de la personnalité, vous êtes au bon endroit. Les chats sont gentils et nous avons eu un excellent contact avec Pascale. On y serait bien resté une semaine de plus..😁

Le logement était conforme aux photos et bien décoré. Beaucoup de parking gratuit disponible. Grand balcon meublé. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, c'est un vrai Airbnb et pas un appartement destiné uniquement à la location (c'est un vrai plus). Il faut compter environ 45 minutes pour arriver dans le centre avec les transports en commun depuis l'appartement. Le couchage était correct. Encore merci !

Ev sahibi çok tatlıydı iletişimi hiç koparmadı ve herhangi bir sorun olup olmadığını sordu.Ev temizdi ve kullanışlıydı.Tek sorun odamdaki gardolbı kullanamadım kapalıydı ve çok fazla kendisine ait özel eşyası vardı.bu biraz rahatsız ediciydi.bunun dışında çok güzeldi herşey..

Thanks so much to Kevin for all the help and advice in regard to our stay in Amsterdam. Kevin’s apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Wanting to be close to family only 4-5 minutes walk away. We were close to the train and managed all our outings on public transport. We stayed in December and the apartment was perfectly warm.
