Cozy 1930s groundfloor apartment of 55 m2. with spacious patio. Living- and diningroom with slidingdoors. Small but cozy bedroom (bed 140x200 cm.) with an extra TV. When you book for three persons, I’ll install a foldingbed in the front room (diningroom). No parties, loud music, visitors or smoking inside. And sorry, I ONLY accept reservations from guests with at least three positive reviews from prior hosts. Please don’t make the reservation if you don’t have any. I will not accept it.

Geven een intiem en luxe gevoel. Zo zijn de ruimtes ingericht met 2-persoonsbedden, moderne badkamers, en design meubels. Zelf koken; beide appartementen hebben een kleine keuken. You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
