Elle est séparée à 4 parties: 2 studios derrière la villa et 2 apparts dans la façade principale de la villa. Chaque partie a sa propre entrée (porte) isolée. Un appartement au rez-de-chaussée et un au premier étage. Chaque appartement contient sa propre cuisine. Celui du premier étage possède deux balcon dont un est grand et contient un salon pour s’allonger en face de la mer.
