It is situated close to Downtown Ruston, Louisiana Tech University, Grambling State University, Ruston Sports Center, and Lincoln Parish Park (famous to mountain bike lovers). Keurig and stocked kitchen not pictured. Smart TV. The bunk room has a pullout couch. Over this area is a fold down bunk and two loft bunks. Second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Perfect for bathing children! Don’t forget the outdoor kitchen or the outdoor shower!
