You can take a dip in the pool to cool off or sit out on the deck and get some sun. Also enjoy the gazebo with a gas grill and sitting area. We don’t allow parties or large gatherings

Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
