We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.
