Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Carlton Cottage, built 2019, is a fantastic place where you can relax and unwind. Often referred to as a 'home away from home', situated next to our character home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Tauranga Comfort Cottage

Gorgeous 2 bedroom fully self contained separate dwelling, comfortably accommodating 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Has the option of 2 extra guests sleeping on a double sofa bed in lounge for short stays & by request only. Central Tauranga location, Otumoetai Bureta area Free off street parking. Private courtyard in a quiet street. 5min drive to Tauranga CBD & 15min drive to downtown Mt Maunganui. 10 min walk/2 min drive to shopping centre with Bureta Woolworths, liquor store, bar & restaurants

This charming home with attached BnB is set in beautifully landscaped grounds in Matua. It is quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches and the CBD. The west facing patio provides a sunny afternoon spot to enjoy the gardens and birdsong. Off street parking, living room, bathroom, laundry and your own entrance, ensure privacy. Provisions include milk, tea, coffee, cereal and a sweet treat. Fridge, Microwave, toaster, but no kitchen. Children can sleep on the fold out chairs in the living room

Modern Hide-away

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

Private, architecturally designed Studio

A deliberately different, John Henderson designed, slightly quirky B & B in Bethlehem, Tauranga - situated next door too, and run by the owners of Somerset Cottage, a long established restaurant and cookschool. You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. You'll love this unique and romantic escape.
