Located just 5 minutes from the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton, 10 minutes from Sidmouth, 20 minutes from Exmouth and 30 minutes from Exeter and the M5 motorway, you will have endless spots to explore. The cottage can accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms plus 1 infant/cot.

We have general amenities, comfy sofa and a log burner which is great on cooler evenings . outside seating to the front and rear . The River Otter is home to otter and beaver colonies , Lower Otter Restoration Project ,and Bicton Arena located close

Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

In a pretty terrace in Otterton, looking over the village green, a Grade II listed, part thatched cottage. The cottage is perfect for walkers giving easy access to the South West coast path and the River Otter with a wide variety of birds or if you are lucky, wild beavers. Nearby the Jurassic Coast at Ladram Bay or the seaside towns of Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. For city attractions, Exeter has everything you could wish for. A great base for exploring this area of east Devon.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

The village offers a welcoming pub/restaurant, and Otterton Mill is just a short stroll away. Ladram Bay is only one mile via public footpaths. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, making it perfect for exploring with your four-legged companion. This is a no smoking property.
