You’ll love my place because of the crystal clear lake, with clear sandy bottom, no drop-off, beautiful lake side windows, large lake side deck, stone 2-story wood burning fireplace, full kitchen and laundry, cozy lake living with lots of rooms, homelike atmosphere. Great for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Fishing/ice fishing.

Also includes 3 stall garage. Pets welcomed. There is a 50.00 pet fee for each pet. Extra guest charge: $100 per person, per night for every guest over 10. Pontoon available for rent. 15 minute drive from Perham and Detroit lakes. Kayaks, paddleboard, grill, yard games included. Fire globe and fire pit on site.

This two bedroom, two bath includes a spacious loft area that includes two twin beds and a full size bed. Relax in the four season porch equipped with both a queen sized bed and a pull out couch.
