My cottage is close to beaches (Grand Haven/Holland/Muskegon/Saugatuck), bike /walk/running path, fishing right out the door, restaurants, micro-brew places, family-friendly activities & much more! My place is great for couples, families, solo, adventurers, & business travelers. We are nestled in a very quiet area ...great serene area to people watch. Close to Grand Haven, Holland, Muskegon, Saugatuck, Grand Rapids downtown: Museums; Sports venue; Concerts; Meijer Gardens; Zoo & much more!

Beautifully redone, fenced yard, no pet fees!

Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Bird's Nest Cozy Farm Getaway

The Birds Nest is an above-the-garage studio apartment with a view of the valley and our working farm. Located at the end of a quiet dirt road, our 36 acres provide a respite for the body and soul with trails and vistas, and engage the mind in sustainable agriculture with a discount on our Farm Tour & Tasting. Our water is from a well. It is tested regularly and is completely safe though it can have a sulfur smell at times. There is an RO filter/faucet in the kitchen for drinking water.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. PLEASE READ THE OTHER NOTES SECTION. Holland, Michigan is a favorite summer destination for those who live near or far. Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

Please enjoy a relaxing stay in our intricately designed home complete with all you need for longer trips! Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.
