Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

To ensure you enjoy the stay to the fullest, I set check-in and check-out time to both 12:00 Noon. So you can stay up for 24 hours with one night booking. YAMANOTE HOUSE is accessible from major Kansai stations with 37min from Kyoto Sta. or 65min from Osaka Sta. If you come by car from Kyoto it takes less than 1 hour. The area aournd the house is once small castle town. The house is located next to the Shrine, Hiyoshi-Jinja, where the Omizo Festival is held on May 3 and 4 every year.

京都の有名庭師が手掛けた日本庭園を眺めながら、日本の古き良き古民家でご家族・ご友人一緒におくつろぎください。 シングルの布団を4つとダブルの布団を1つご用意しておりますので、最大6人まで泊まっていただけます。 日本特有の古民家ですので、建具のがたつき等多少の不具合もあるかと思いますが、そのあたりも古き良き日本の建築と愉しんでいただけたら幸いです。 人工芝の庭もあり、ペットも泊まっていただけますので、愛犬との旅行にもご利用ください。 お子様連れの家族様も大歓迎です。子ども用の食器やエプロンも準備しております。 最寄り駅の京阪大谷駅には徒歩7分、JR大津駅は車で5分です。 最寄りの大谷駅近くには美味しくて有名な老舗鰻屋さんが2軒もあります。 京阪大谷駅から宿までは歩いて１０分弱ですが、少し上り坂になっていますので、チェックイン時に荷物が多い方や歩くのがあまり好きではない方はJR大津駅からタクシーを利用するか、お車で来られることをお勧めします。 宿のすぐ前に無料駐車場をご準備しております。駐車場は2台停めることができますので、2組様でご利用される際にも便利です。
