Spent a girls getaway weekend with my friends. We had a great time and absolutely loved staying at maxs place. I would highly recommend to family and friends . Didn't get to use the sauna as we had little time but would love to visits again and get the opportunity to do so. We did use the fire pit and enjoyed it .

This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

Amazing location, calm and private. A lot of wildlife and close breweries! Would definitely stay there again! 💕

This home was absolutely beautiful, with magazine-worthy decor, a cozy ambiance enhanced by candles, and smart speakers in every room. The view right outside the house was truly picture-perfect. Michael was extremely responsive and provided fantastic recommendations for places to visit. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here. We’d definitely love to come back!

We have stayed is many, many rent by owner homes over the years. I would rate this one 10 out of 10 if I could. I’ve never seen some many amenities and little extras before. Everything was so thoughtful. A nice clean, comfortable home with plenty of room and a huge yard in a country setting. Perfect if you have a dog or children. Renters shouldn’t hesitate to choose Turner Ranch.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

A very beautiful home. Stayed here for a couple of days in April and it was the most peaceful getaway. It is ideal if you just need some rest and relaxation. Loved the sauna and the hot tub.

AMAZING HOME!! Concept design home, very well furnished. We loved all the personal elements it had! The location is great and the hike down to the water was perfect. Highly recommend booking this escape!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

We had a very relaxing and restorative stay at the Esopus studio. The studio was very comfortable and the area was in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by forest and mountains and across the street from a creek! Alma and James were very responsive and gave great recommendations too!

We had a wonderful stay! The place matched and even exceeded our expectations. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s beautifully designed, very cozy, and everything works perfectly. The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us a lot of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

We loved our stay at Melanie's -- she was very laid-back and extremely kind and hospitable when we made a mistake and even gave us a gift to enjoy while we were there! (Thanks Melanie!) It was a perfect location for everything in Little Falls! The only thing to be aware of is that the two bedrooms are not separated by a door and the bathroom is right off the kitchen, so if you're traveling with someone who is not family, you can hear everything, and it may be a little too close for comfort. We were two friends traveling together for work, and at first we were unsure about privacy, but we quickly figured out how to make it work and were so grateful for this wonderful stay at an affordable price while we were working in Little Falls!

Stayed at this location while in town , playing lacrosse. The place was cozy, clean and quiet. Would stay again, if ever in Utica.

Maryanne’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! It was cozy, quiet, and very clean. She had the fridge stocked with goodies, and delicious banana bread. There were trails on the property that made for a perfect morning walk. I would highly recommend if traveling to the Cooperstown area.

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

This is now the second time my soccer team and I have stayed at Katie’s property. Just like last year it was perfect! We did miss the paddle boat, but we assumed it was put away for the winter. Nonetheless the property, the home, everything was great. We’re excited to book it again next year for our soccer tournament.

Had to vacate our home due to renovations. It was a great home away from home for those few days. Thank you.

It was very clean, well-stocked in terms of bathroom and kitchen amenities, and had plenty of space for a large group to both spread out and find common areas. Hot tub, games, and large tables with plenty of seating. The host was responsive with any issues or questions we had. Very nice place!

Maria’s place was amazing! It was quiet and tucked away, which was perfect for the group of us since we wouldn’t have to worry about bothering others. The place was very prepared and clean upon arrival and Maria was very responsive to questions we had. With that said, Maria is probably the best-prepared and considerate host I’ve encountered, stocking the place up with a variety of foods and drinks.

My friends and I had the most incredible time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the warm welcome from our host Joe. Just a short walk from hikes, and local cafes, we were able to enjoy lazy mornings by the and evenings exploring the charming neighborhood. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for activities and dining spots nearby. We truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a rental property. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations.
