Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

My daughter and I were seeking a basecamp to explore nearby colleges but also had one day where we needed to connect to our computers for work. We slept well, had peaceful morning walks in the neighborhood, took advantage of the sunshine on the lovely deck, and enjoyed making meals in the kitchen that had more than all the essentials.

Seth is definitely a “super host”! Instructions were very detailed and perfect! The suggestions for restaurants and things to do was extensive. The location was perfect for our visit to Valatie. I have never been to an Airbnb that was this clean - impeccable! The small back porch with a view of the river was awesome! I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

Great place. Must try if you want quiet but right in the middle of it all

This was a quick trip to the area to break up the drive to a further destination. Joy's little 18thc apartment was perfect. Joy met and explained everything needed, and was very helpful with local suggestions for dining and activities.Was'nt here long enough to experience any of the hiking trails,.etc but truly seems like a place I'd like to return. if you're lucky, you will meet the inimitable Baloo!

My family and I traveled from MA for a wedding with my 5 year old nephew and dog and were looking for a home that would fit the needs of a child and dog and this home was perfect in every way! It was clean, great location and safe! Liza is an outstanding host and I cannot thank her enough for being such an amazing host!!

A beautiful home and the views were breathtaking on the lake. Although, it was frozen. All the amenities we needed and more. Close to skiing and tubing. Owner Sara was very attentive to respond quickly. We just wanted a getaway place for a family weekend. The road was narrow and very icy. Would go back but not in the winter. Summer and the Fall I think would be best. Lots more things to do in the nicer weather months. Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

Vincent's lakefront Catskills home exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly designed for group gatherings, with multiple comfortable living spaces that allowed our friends to either come together or find quiet moments. We had private chefs come for a couple of dinners and they had everything they needed to create memorable meals. The lake views are absolutely stunning. What truly set this experience apart was Vincent's exceptional hospitality - he was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we experienced travel issues, going above and beyond what was required. This thoughtfully designed lake house with its beautiful surroundings and attentive host made for the perfect meeting spot for our friend group. We'd gladly return!

We had a great stay at Rupert’s house. As other reviewers have stated, there is a train that passes by the house. Each day, it passed 2-3 times but it wasn’t terribly noisy. We never saw the tenant who also lives on the property. We didn’t realize that the tenant’s home was connected to the house we rented. It didn’t bother us but thought I’d share. Rupert was very responsive when we had questions. His home was a wonderful place for us to spend Thanksgiving. There was more than enough space for my family of 5. We especially loved the dining room with the long table and views of the Esopus Creek, which runs right behind the house. Given the weather, we didn’t spend time down there but it was certainly lovely to look at. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Anne Marie's place was exactly what we were looking for! It is extremely well stocked, with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances, extra blankets, many towels, etc. The surroundings were gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Anne Marie was friendly and very responsive, answering questions quickly and flexibly. We can't wait to come back!

We always have a great stay at Matt’s! The amenities are amazing and the view of the Hudson is unbeatable.

We spent a week at this beautiful spot and never tired of watching the comings and goings on the river. It was fascinating to see everything from tiny sail boats to cargo ships gliding by us. Loved the wildlife on the riverbank too. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with modernised bathrooms and great showers. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lot of glass. We were lucky enough to have some unexpectedly hot days during our stay but, not being keen on aircon, it did mean we wanted to open the place up and let in the breeze and fresh air. To be honest the windows and door frames and locks could all do with some maintenance/TLC as it was difficult to find ones we could open easily without fear of breaking them. Still a great place.

Our two night stay for New Years Eve was wonderful!! The space is open and comfortable with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a NYE feast. We loved having the extra long dining table to spread out on. All the bed were comfy and warm and the bathrooms made me want to update my own. We enjoyed the gas fireplace as well as the outdoor grill. The is nothing lacking in this home. We had a great time and hope to return again.
