Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs, surrounded by wilderness and wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. We have changed our reservation policy and blocked off 24hours before and after each reservation and are cleaning diligently during this time.

Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. There is a kayak, paddle board, and row boat for guest use. The house has two smart TVs and Wi-Fi included. Off-street parking in front of the house. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
