It is in an area of private homes and our neighbors enjoy the quiet surrounding area. Located in Greenbush which is between Oscoda and Harrisville. Enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach. View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

Lake George -a 90-acre all sports lake - amazing fishing, boating, and swimming at our mini sandy beach (or ice fishing in the winter). Public boat launch is on the other side of the lake. This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
