Seaside holiday home with magnificent views

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

Fresh air and the sound of the ocean awaits you in this quaint cottage, which boasts a magnificent sea view on the west coast of Sweden. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be eaten on two diffrent patios. There are two nice bathing spots for the morning swim. Island-life here is calm. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries, two golf courses, tennis courses, bike- and walking pathways in the vicinity. If you would like to go to Lysekil for the day there is a ferry departing from Fiskebäckskil.

With parking 20 meters from the front door, it could not be easier.

Mysig, charmig och välvårdad stuga med anor ifrån 1700-talet - mitt i pittoreska Hälleviksstrand på Orust. Stugan är för max 6 p och ligger ett stenkast från havet med egen båtbrygga och en kort promenad till fina badmöjligheter för både stora och små. Stugan är välutrustat och det finns en tillhörande uteplats med med grill. Samhället består av en fiskeby med äldre hus, sjöbodar och mysiga gränder. Då stugan är ifrån 1700-talet är takhöjden något lägre, ca 190cm.

Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Our house suit both families and couples.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med havsutsikt och nära till strand (150 m) och skog. Stugan (30 m2) är byggd 2020 och har möjlighet att rymma 2 personer. Närmsta butik är 5 minuter med bil. Man behöver bil för att enkelt ta sig till olika platser och aktiviteter på Orust och Tjörn. Stenungsund är den närmsta större stad ca 15 minuter med bil.
