Welcome to our charming house in Bokenäs! Our 90 sqm villa is perfect for relaxation and nature experiences, offering comfortable accommodation for couples, friends, and families. An extra bedroom in a small cottage next door provides extra space. Idyllically situated at the end of a gravel road, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful meadow and lush forest. Enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature, far from everyday stress. Just 2.5 km away, you can take a refreshing swim in Gullmarsfjorden.

Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This is for people who would like to enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, photographing, or sunbathing. We have made a special video over the area on youtube, type in "Grundsund Kvarneberg".

Välkommen till detta unika boende med fantastisk havsutsikt. Unna dig total avkoppling med närhet till skog och hav. Promenad/löprundor precis utanför husknuten, 10 minuters promenad till fin badplats vid Gullmarsfjorden. Närhet till många av västkustens sommarpärlor så som Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen etc. Boendet ligger 10 min med bil till närmsta matvarubutik och 15 min till Torp köpcentrum och väg E6. Under högsäsong hyr vi bara ut veckovis, från lördag till lördag. Övrig tid minimum 2 nätter.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och restauranger.

Fridfullt boende i underbar natur. Uppe på berget intill huset har du en av Västkustens mest spektakulära utsikter. Du ser Lysekil, Smögen och öppet Västerhav. Oslagbara solnedgångar! Nära det gamla kustsamhället Skalhamn med naturlig hamn, stor båtmarina och restaurang. Mataffärer, restauranger, Havets hus m.m. finns i Lysekil. 12 min med bil. Välj mellan naturstränder, klippor och barnvänliga bad. 5 min med bil. Vandringsleder och golfbana i närområdet. Cyklar finns att låna.
