This is a lovely and comfortable house. The host is extremely generous. We very much enjoyed are stay and are trying to return as soon as possible.

I stayed with my family while driving back to Seattle. As soon as we went in we all felt at home. My two boys enjoyed going straight to the double twin beds room and relaxed. It was very clean and with a nice back yard. I definitely recommend and very family friendly.

This was the perfect spot for a Chico stay. We were able to walk downtown quickly and rented bikes to get around more and through Bidwell Park. There was plenty of room to lounge, eat and plan, and there’s a fun little loft up the spiral stairs for one person to sleep. Sandy was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

Great location for exploring Grass Valley, easy walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and downtown. Very nice inside remodel, great place to relax and enjoy friends.

Kara's place was a perfect little house that was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Kara did an outstanding job at communicating and making sure our stay was pleasant.

We truly enjoyed the stay. Communication was excellent and home was actually bigger than we realized from the pictures. The home had so many amenities. Wish we wouldn't have been so busy working ... would have enjoyed relaxing in the back yard more. If we visit with the family again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks Karl.

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s Airbnb! It was the perfect location to gather with family and friends. We loved the spaciousness of the home — there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a highlight and made our time together even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay! Very nice studio in a quiet neighborhood near the park! Beautiful surroundings! Unit is offset from the main house and has ample privacy. Amber and Tibi were very nice and made my stay enjoyable! I stayed several months as I was transitioning back to Chico, and everything was awesome throughout! I would definitely recommend for 1 or 2 people! I can't say enough good things!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hart House. The craftsmanship of the home is truly spectacular and we felt so comfortable there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make delicious meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space and soaking in the hot tub. Truly a special gem of a home. Thank you for everything! This is our second time staying at Jessica and Steve’s home, and it is one of our favorite getaways. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and are happy to provide local recommendations, The property is incredibly green and beautiful in the spring, and the stay itself is peaceful, well-appointed, and a great place to relax. The owners have recently added a fire pit just outside the Airbnb that is a great spot to stargaze and make some s’mores. I have greatly enjoyed my stay here, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Jenny's place was perfect for me and my little dog. We loved the walking paths and the friendly neighborhood. It's just a five-minute drive into town so very convenient. I will happily stay at Jenny's again.

Donna was super responsive and helpful and the place was incredibly comfortable, clean, well stocked and beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. It has everything you need and is so peaceful and quiet but close to town!

This place is incredible. I took my teen sons primarily for an outdoor fishing experience. They caught 5 bass and a handful of bluegill! This property is in a beautifully safe neighborhood, better than the pictures, so relaxing. We bbqed and fished. The part of the house where you would stay feels like a completely separate house. Extremely clean, very “homey”, modern, stocked with supplies that we didn’t use. More than you need! No kitchen top stove but they do have airfryer, portable stove and 2 bbq pits! Many places to lounge and do. We didn’t even get a chance to play basketball or enjoy everything- kids wanted to fish and be on the water with the kayaks provided- We would absolutely visit again… Many stores close by This place would also be perfect for a couple get away!

The Cottage provided a great respite from chaotic wedding preparations. My grandkids loved coming out to “Grandma’s Cottage!” My favorite times were in the morning with coffee looking out on the orchard listening to the birds.
