This is in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. there is absolutely no smoking or vapein the house if caught will forfeit security deposit I may allow a pet depending on breed with a $70 pet fee. No one under age of 25 unless accompanied by parents.. . $15 per night per person charge more than 4 guests. Master has an adjustable queen size bed.

House on the beach

Nice house right on the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bath, half bath in laundry, and outside shower. Full kitchen and beautiful beach view. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. We also have a collapsible highchair and a pack and play with changing station for guests with infants. This is a family friendly place and we prefer family or coupled guests over the age of 25. We do not charge a cleaning fee so we expect guests to clean up after themselves and reset the house.

My place is close to beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of walk to the ocean, the coziness of the home & quiet neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I do allow pets, but ask a $100 pet fee. Also, please clean up after your pet! An FYI, we do have a security camera outside the garage only. We have NO cameras inside

We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
