The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

Guest Shed has 5 Beach bikes, Cornhole & all the beach items you will need with 6 beach chairs, rolling beach cart, beach blanket, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, skip board & beach toys.

Close to the beach, golf courses and walking distance to restaurants, coffee and grocery. Take a walk in the neighborhood up to Holland Park for the free splash pad, amazing playground and recreational facilities.
