Very cozy and comfortable house. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some peaceful relaxing time.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great spot for our rather large group to gather and enjoy a couple days at the beach. Even though there are many other residences close by and within view, the back canal/dock area was quite lovely and comfortable, and the location was great for accessing (even walking to) the beach. There is also a great restaurant (The Back Forty) within an easy walk. The house is nicely set up for easy and comfortable social gathering while offering individuals private space to retreat for privacy and sleeping. Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a nice beach vacation with a medium to large size group.

We had a great time at this place. The dock was perfect for docking our boat . We loved the seating outside close to the canal and the fire pit and screen in porch. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and it felt like home away from home.

It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

Our stay was wonderful! After looking at many places, we decided on the Gemini Lake House. It was super close to Stetson, Stanford and New Smyrna beach too. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of every detail. I will give no spoiler alerts as the details were so pleasant. The beds upstairs were co cozy & the linens were too. The Views from the master of the Lake were priceless and so was the sunrise! I stayed with both my boys (15 & 18) and felt very safe in the home and area. Being from Minnesota and Georgia, we were not used to alligators in lakes so we were so nervous about being on the dock with it low to the water. But- we caught a fish and never saw any gators (trust me I looked out my window at night and in am lol) The downstairs was fun for us to play pool and view the lake as well. It was just us 3 so we didn't use the 2 bedrooms and kitchen or bathroom downstairs. I would love to see the bedrooms downstairs with either new LVT or newer carpet. We Loved our stay!! book

A peaceful getaway. We were impressed by the cleanliness and it was well equipped. We did have a good signal on our phones with Verizon. Close to the waterways, fish camps, campgrounds, and ramps to put your boat in. Very helpful owners of the camps and great seafood at Drifters Restaurant on the St Johns. Dollar General close by for several needs. Looking forward to going back to explore the waterways and fishing. any time I messaged Laura, she responded within minutes. Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve been to. The appliances were beautiful and up to date, the view was surreal, and the area felt safe. I loved the large windows, automatic blinds and location. It was really, really hard to leave! I will absolutely be back one day. Thank you, Felix!

Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Beautiful!! When we had a problem with A/C unit not working it was handled within a reasonable time and fixed. Place was great and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!

Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

Kim's house is absolutely perfect. In a great position, walkable into town and down to the Lake. It's quiet at night and the beds are super comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything that you could need and our request for a grill to BBQ was provided with charcoal too. Communication with Kim was easy and she is quick to return messages. We are back in Florida in August and hope that we are able to stay at her place again.We would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Everyone is welcome here. Met some very interesting people and wildlife. Kennedy is a talented and gracious host. Great time meeting new people. Totally recommend for any open minded people and even some “not so open minded” folks as well.

This was a perfect spot for our dance competition and fit everyone comfortably!
