This is a bright, very spacious, 3 bedroom lower-level apartment of a house, fully stocked with everything you need. The large windows in every room let in lots of light. It is close to the beach at Petrie Island, Place d'Orleans mall for shopping, the YMCA, and large plazas with lots of stores including banks, Dollarama, Farm Boy, Giant Tiger, a movie theatre, and much more. We have 2 dogs and a cat (they do not have access to the studio). The studio is independent, yet attached to the house, and we ask visitors to maintain an appropriate noise level during their stay.

Fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is on the same level & private full bathroom for the in law suite guests only. Lovely back yard. Guests can use the exercise room equipped w/treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical & weights, etc.
