Ideally located between the vibrant villages of the Mid Cape and the natural beauty of the Outer Cape, it’s a great home base for day trips to Provincetown, the Cape Cod National Seashore, and local favorites like Chatham and Hyannis. Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

4 Season Cottage, Nauset Beach, tennis court

A four-season, luxurious, cottage-style retreat near the glorious beaches on the North spit of Nauset Beach, off Nauset Heights. Tennis court, ample grounds, walking neighborhood, and easy beach access. This Property is shared with two seasonal cottages. Perfect for getaways, the cottage is designed for a couple or individual. While there are two twins downstairs, these are appropriate for children, a friend, or a relative who will not be jealous of the king room upstairs.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Nauset Nook

Relax and kick your feet up. Enjoy nature from your own deck (abutting wooded conservation land). Spacious and centrally-located. Only 2.5 mi. to Nauset Beach (ocean) and 3 mi. to Skaket Beach (bay). Five minute walk to town to enjoy great restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boutiques, access to Rail Trail (bike path), farmers market, Firebirds baseball games, galleries and more. Also, boat rentals/charters and golf nearby!
